I've had this company come out a number of times and the process was picture perfect each time. On this occasion, we had a pipe leak over a water heater Keith P. Came out in a timely manor, took care of it quickly and thoroughly. He was professional every step of the way. In an age where it is difficult to find good repair persons or companies, these guys are rare and golden.

This company was referred through our Home Protection Plan, and was one whose service we had not used before. Jeff the 911 Heating Tech arrived on schedule, wearing a mask and freshly sanitized. He was courteous and friendly, while very thorough and honest in his assessment of the problem. Jeff worked competently to replace the blower motor; he really cared that his repair wouldn't require further service. Happy to say the heat is back on, and Jeff was impressively professional.

The technician I had was great. Definitely great at his job. Had two HVAC systems installed by them. One works great, the other, have had several issues. One of the customer service guys is great. But the time to call back or schedule isn't that great.

Overall positive experience, the installers worked very hard in the pouring rain to install our new furnace and AC. The installers did a great job cleaning up after themselves and didn't leave a trace when they left. They took the time to explain all the new functionality of our furnace & AC. We were provided multiple quotes and options, including options for very economical pricing.
The installers did not wear masks, but were outside or isolated in the basement most of the time.

This company does not stand behind what they sell even when it is under warranty. I highly discourage anyone using this company due to their pathetic service and support.

This company is so hard to get a hold of especially in need of emergencies caused by THEIR MISTAKES. Endless leaks on a NEW plumbing system (newly built home). They have caused so much damage to the electrical and drywall in the home. Definitely steer away from this company! They are not worth paying a dime for their garbage work. I'm not sure how this place is in business hence so many other bad reviews. Not a single positive review. This company is an embarrassment. They have no idea what they are doing and there is no way their plumbers are educated in this field. Truly pathetic. Causing so much damage in my home I can't imagine how many others they've caused nightmares for!

Called them out to quote a new furnace/ac unit. Gave us what we thought was a good price, with rebates. Arrived to install on time as expected. Spent over 12 hours on install, apparently one guy of the two was a 1st day'er and no real help. They busted out the bricks on my outer wall 3x as wide as needed, can't find bricks to replace so I have an odd messy patch of mortar. Routed the white pvc pipes thru my water pipes way too close. Had to finish the next day. House stunk of nasty glue real bad. Running furnace made the whole house smell bad for almost 48 hours. Also pipes hum and rattle when it runs. Terrible installation. AC unit placed sticking over pad and obviously out of landscaped area. Also wired my wifi thermostat incorrectly, then tried to charge us $100 to rewire/fix it when the air didn't work 4 months later. Finally did gratis.

I will say girls on phone were very helpful in submitting needed rebate forms, etc.

Called to talk to owner, never around, no call backs, doesn't care.
Definitely regret hiring, strongly not recommended.

This place has terrible customer service. This pass Monday 911 sent their(Comfort Consultant) representative with the initials ""VLC"" to my home as I was interested in a Furnance and AC. After explaining my interest he was more interested in a commission and tried selling the top of the line units amounting to $14,000.00 He then promised to send me estimates and I never got one. Just like these other reviewers they are TRULY!!!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would not give any of these people a DIME of my money.

I used Lakeview Mechanical they are great and care about working with customers. I also learned after buying these top of line units if after 10 years they stop running, parts cost in the 1,000's to fix.

911 Mechanical should be ashamed of themselves. Buyer beware, if you got these unprofessional folks to come out and follow up would be a miracle. Watch out for their false advertising in mailers.

Horrible customer service!! I had a tech come out to fix a part on our furnace (granted it's an older furnace), the technician didn't have the part on his truck and said he would order it and deliver it on Monday. We got a huge snow storm so I knew other customers would take precedence over my part, which is fine because our furnace still ran. However, after Monday came and went, nobody showed up, not even a phone call. I called the office to find out what was going on and after getting the runaround, I finally got a call back from Kelly. I was told that my part hadn't arrived and that they'd call me when it did. A few days went by and I got another call, I spoke with Mike, apparently the part was never actually ordered... because he said the part is obsolete and that he couldn't get it! After a quick Google search with the part numbers, several identical parts popped up. I felt as though they didn't care. If you want to get the runaround and not have the work completed, call this company!

No stars, and I repeat no stars. Had 911 come out a couple of years ago to install 2 furnaces in 2 homes. Thought I would be able to get an air conditioner installed as a repeat customer. Made 2 separate appointments for an estimate as prices may be better at ""end of season"". The sales representative stood me up twice, yes twice on two separate day, even when they confirmed the appointment the day before! Horrible service here. Needless to say, I asked the owner to call me back. What happened to customer service, we will see if Ed L. calls me back.

No longer a repeat customer.
