I have the manabloc system in my home. I had originally called another plumbing company on the island and received a Ridiculous quote. A friend of mine told me about 808 plumbing and how reliable they were so I decided to give them a call. They gave me a quote that was a third of what I was originally quoted from the other company, and they did the job in less than half the time. I highly recommend this company. I can't say that enough. We need more HONEST businesses like this!!!!!!

We had water seeping into our tile and grout and we didn't know where it was coming from. We thought perhaps a few bathtub or shower splashes? Slowly the lower walls looked a little discolored, so a friend recommended we call 808 Plumbing. We did, and Tracey came out the same day to take a look. He did all sorts of tests with specific instruments to detect if there was a leak from a faucet, toilet, plumbing issue, bathtub leak or what. He also checked to see if there was any moisture in the walls. Well there was a leak from the toilet, which ruined the grout, and there was moisture in the walls from the toilet having a slow leak. He worked on the problem and fixed the toilet, put in new parts, cleaned the grout where he worked and told me to check with my insurance on the moisture-laden walls. I appreciate his knowledge and being so conscientious to make everything work again. He is not just an expert in his field, but one who cares about helping his customers understand what is going on with their plumbing issues.

I contacted the 808 Plumbing & Services for a leaky valve on an outdoor main waterline and the owner and his assistant showed up later that day (he had 2 previously scheduled stops and was still able to fit me in). After they showed up, they were extremely professional and got right down to business. Suctioned the water out of the main receptacle and after finding the problem, explained what it was and fixed in in about 10 minutes. Valve needed new wrapping and tightening. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company!

We've used Bryan and Spencer to do it all: install two Toto toilets; install a kitchen disposal; clear a gross clogged pipe; fix a frozen bathtub drain; fix a leaky bathroom faucet; replace a water heater; and fix a broken pipe valve. I cannot tell you how very happy I am with their service! We had a major problem when we got home and found water everywhere so after cleaning it up we evidently found the problem which came from a water panel that finally went out on us. How freaked out we were to figure out what to do and where to go especially during this virus episode, especially finding a company who can come out and do the job on this short notice. We got 2 companies to come and the first one came but couldn't help because they couldn't find the part and the second one was 808 plumbing and they came the right away cause I found out their just a 2 man operation, so we endured a third flood and everything was just wet and soaked. Happily they came and fixed it! YAY!!!! They were quick, pleasant, efficient and done in no time! I am so happy my sons friend recommended them so please please if you find yourself just like us in need of any plumbing problems or solutions, please give them a call, they are very quick to return your call, I cannot express enough gratitude for them and you won't be disappointed as well!

Very responsive, honest and efficient . I requested a quote to replace my manabloc which would be over a thousand dollars for the part. After viewing a photo of my manabloc, Bryan recommended only replacing the knobs at a couple of dollars a knob saving me alot of money. Bryan and Spencer were efficient and quick and replaced my manabloc and replaced my shower faucet.
