Toilet time problems happened over the weekend, so I left a message. The following work day, Bryan gave me a call and said that Spencer was in the area. Within 15 minutes, Spencer was over, helping me out. He managed to fix my problem, and save me a lot of money and time. Both father and son were kind, and honest. I know I lucked out with the quick service, because Spencer told me they're actually very busy, and it just so happened that he was in the area. All I know is that I'll definitely be calling 808 Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs!

Great service! Bryan was very expedient on servicing our plumbing needs. As an off-island property owner, I have to trust and hope for the best when contracting jobs to fix the problems in my rental unit. There were also overlooked issues within the unit that Bryan had noticed. He took care of the problem at no extra labor cost and only charging for parts. Bryan and 808Plumbing did just what a 5 star review deserves. Trust and efficiency are great landmarks to be a success.

Spencer did an awesome job! He took time to explain the problems and gave us options for repairs. One of our showers only had hot water and two of our toilets were running. He came in, did an assessment and did have to get some parts, but was able to finish within a couple of hours. We're very cautious about who we let in our home, but were so comfortable from the initial phone call till they came out to do the work. Thanks again

I needed a faucet changed and a leak repaired in my kitchen, and my wife was trying to schedule a friend of a friend to come over. The person would never call us back. My sister is a property mgr so when I had asked her to refer a plumber to me, I knew I could trust her recommendation. I live in the Kapolei Knolls subdivision and was having a problem with the manabloc plumbing system installed in my home. Several of the valve stems on the control panel broke off. This left me with no control to several outlets. The valves were now stuck in either the on or off position, depending on the position the valve stem broke. Whenever I had to do any type of simple plumbing work, such as just changing the toilet flushing mechanism, I would go to the main valve to turn off the water. This meant the entire house would be without water until I was done with the project. I did this in fear that more valve stem would break. This was becoming an annoying problem and a concern that If I were to have a major leak, I would have to run outside to turn off the main valve to avoid flooding in my home. I called several plumbers and asked if they worked on the manabloc plumbing system, many said no. Called 808 Plumbing and spoke with Brian and he assured me that he could fix my problem. Made an appointment and he and his partner showed up the next day to resolve my issues. Well they not only changed the broken ones, but they replaced all 30 of the valves on the manifold with a newer type of valve with large stems that wouldn't break as easily. They took less than an hour to change the entire unit. Brian suggested that I turn the valves at least one to two times a year to keep the valves from sticking, which I will make certain to do. Hooray, now its as good as new and I don't have to run outside anymore to control the water. If you need help with your manabloc system or any other type of plumbing problem, I would suggest calling Brian at 808 Plumbing. He is friendly, a professional, does neat work and is very reasonably priced. Call 808 plumbing. I'm glad that I did.

Super easy to work with. Answered his email fast, schedule fast and completed fast I called a couple places for estimates and no one would give me one. Got a hold of Bryan and he was able to give me a ball park estimate based on my needs. I would definitely recommend and use again!!

I contacted the 808 Plumbing & Services for a leaky valve on an outdoor main waterline and the owner and his assistant showed up later that day (he had 2 previously scheduled stops and was still able to fit me in). After they showed up, they were extremely professional and got right down to business. Suctioned the water out of the main receptacle and after finding the problem, explained what it was and fixed in in about 10 minutes. Valve needed new wrapping and tightening. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company!
