Professional and experts at what they due. I had a leak in the pipe from the meter to my house. I called at 8:30am and was back with running water the same evening. Reasonably priced too! Caring company. Excellent care of my property. The front yard looks better than when they got here!

We had to get a plumber to snake our clean out drain. 702 was the only company I could find that was able to complete this project on the same evening. No price was quoted but I've has this same service completed at least twice in the last 2 years. So I was comfortable with the price this job should cost. Tyler came out to take a look and it was the exact issue I thought it was. Tyler quoted me a price of $480 to snake the drain. I was absolutely shocked at the quote and I had to repeat the price 3 times to make sure I heard him correctly, I did. Tyler asked me what price range i was expecting. I said $160 to $200 the same price I've paid in the past. I told Tyler I can't do $480 for this. He came back with a reduction in price to $380. I was still shocked but I really needed the drain cleared. So I approved the cost. Tyler did an excellent job and cleared the clog in 10 mins. I'm very happy with 702's service, but I would think twice about having them out here again. Or maybe I'm out of touch
