Had difficulty with my pilot light for my Rheem gas water heater. Scheduled an appt. with Raquel who was very friendly for today between 10-12. She sent me a follow-up text confirming the appt and that the technician would call or text before arriving. The Tech was Daniel, and Danny did text about 20 minutes before arriving. Again, very friendly and he understood my problem right away and he discussed options. Most pleased with their service and impressed with their great attitude towards customers and professionalism. This plumbing company is awesome! We really had bad water leak in the laundry area and has damaged most of the flooring in the living room and kitchen area as well. We just didn't know which plumbing company to hire.. but upon reading most of the reviews in yelp, we decided to go with 702PlumbAir and just hoping that they have good techs.
The company was very responsive and connected with my husband right away. Stanley, their tech, showed up yesterday and this guy is super amazing! He was is professional, friendly and most of all, fixed the issue! He is a keeper!
My husband was very impressed! I definitely would recommend this company.

I waited until everything was complete before posting my review of 702 PlumbAIR. Here's my story. During one of the hottest weeks of July, my downstairs a/c unit decided to begin quitting. I contacted my home warranty company and they sent out an a/c tech that told me my claim probably wouldn't covered because my 18 year old evaporator coil was defective. He said this before looking and the coil and told me he would ""give me some options"". Long story short, whatever he told the home warranty company caused them to immediately deny any coverage. That tech then shut of my partially performing a/c and told me there is no other choice but to complete an expensive repair or replace the unit. My family then had no a/c in the main living area of our home.

During that week, I talked to five other a/c companies and 702 PlumbAIR rose above all of them. John asked me if I wanted a second opinion on my system, which no other company asked me. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system parts - condenser, evaporator coil, furnace, thermostat and etc. Then found some things that the other a/c techs failed to mention. It was pouring down rain and John was out there trying his best to provide an accurate assessment. He even checked the system that was operating properly! He then gave me a quote to repair the issues he saw and his assessment of what could happen in the near future. Not once did John try to convince me to replace the unit, but he did say that was an option that I could decide. After thinking it through I decided to replace my unit, including the condenser, furnace and evaporator coil.

Of all the companies I received quotes from, 702 PlumbAIR was the most thorough, communicative and accommodating. I must admit they were not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive either - and the true value was in the service they provided. I felt that they were not trying to sell me something I didn't need and answered all my questions to put my mind at ease, so I could make the best decision for me and my family.

For everyone out there that needs help from an honest company that actually looks out for their customers, look no further!

This company did everything right. They fit me in same day, texted before showing up, diagnosed quickly, resolved the problem quickly. Specific to my situation, and why I'd give 6 stars if I could, the technician fully diagnosed my AC problem and let me know that it was basically my fault without making me feel stupid, then let me know that he found another possible issue that may need fixing, but gave me the option of fixing that particular and expensive issue later and only charged $49 for the whole visit. When I decided a few days later to have that expensive issue fixed, he came back out, with no ""I told you so"" attitude, and fixed it for just the cost of his supplies. Wow, above and beyond.
