I called 5th Generation Plumbing to come out and look at a leak that I already had gotten an estimate for. I thought it was a bit high and wanted a second opinion. My neighbor had recommended them to me. Sid came out the same day and found several small leaks under my house. He even gave us a few different options for repairing the leaks and we chose the least expensive option. It's been a few months, we haven't had any issues and I know when we're ready to change out the bad pipes that we'll be using 5th Generation Plumbing. Thanks guys!

These guys are top notch and some of these negative reviews really shocked me. The owner recently helped me out in a serious bind when I had another plumber cancel on me at the last minute, he rearranged his schedule to come and help me. I highly recommend them if you want fast and efficient service and communication!!!!!

These guys are great. I had a back up in my home late Saturday. My hallway bathroom overflowed and I couldn't reach my landlord. I called around and called around until finally reaching this company by a prompt call back! They came and ended up having to run a ""snake"" in the front yard. Something at the sewer line was clogged. I'm not big on plumbing terms but I appreciate your guys fast service ensuring my family was taken care of being after hours! They helped me clean up the excess water in the hall and get it all back to normal! Kept me calm and was over accommodating. Thanks again highly recommend !

Our hot water heater failed at a really bad time. Sid shower up with the replacement water heater and had it installed in record time. It was a pretty tight space to work in, so we were appreciative that the work was able to be done so quickly and effortlessly. The area was cleaned up and put back together so that we didn't have to anything after it was done. Very professional and friendly. Will have them do ourbathroom remodel when we're ready.

I had interesting situation with these people. They came out and made an assessment of the issues with sink leaks, gas leaks and other issues. I bought brand new faucet and have them replace it. Less than a month later, it started leaking. I paid over $600.00 for the whole job.

Upon researching I learned there are several reasons why it can be leaking already, and one of them is over tightening. I sent them the video. They refused to come out and see it. Instead, they told me they will charge me another $112.00 for replacing it because by looking at the video it is leaky.

The owner was very rude to my wife over the phone, and didn't care. In fact, he was yelling - That is not how you deal with upset customers. He said if we didn't get the faucet from them, then it is not their fault. What I learned in life, if someone tells points out your mistake (the fact that he decided it is faulty faucet by just looking at the video), and you get offended, then YOU HAVE AN EGO PROBLEM. That definitely is ego issues there.

I thought I found a plumber that I can rely for my rental property; however, this is a place I will NEVER, NEVER go again. In fact I will let everyone know my experience so they can save their money and find a more reliable plumber.

Needed a emergency water heater to be replace due to leaking. Called up 5th Generation Plumbing and was fixed asap for me. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond and stayed with his price quote even after doing extra work beyond his quoted price. Very knowledgeable at his skilled trade and will definitely refer him to anyone that I know. If you need quick and professional work at a fair bargain price.. give 5th Generation Plumbing a call. His prices beat the big box stores .. why choose newly graduated techs when you can have Sid with years of knowledge under his belt to get it done quick and right at a awesome price!!!

We made the appointment on the phone the night before!

I wonder if he ever would have told me that he was passing on the job if I hadn't texted him or if he would have just left me there waiting!
