Recommended Customer Reviews

5 point plumbing did the plumbing for my shower remodel and a leaking hose bib in the front of my home. They did great work and were able to schedule quickly, would recommend their services.

I had to have them over a few times to replace the faucets in my sink. I found it hard and uncomfortable to communicate with the older gentleman. In the 5 times he showed up,one star for being on time always, it seemed he has in a rush. We did have to pay a third party to remove the sink from the wall as it was on a pedestal and hard to reach. Another time the handles were too tight to take off and if he did he might end up breaking the sink. Another time we had removed sink and handles but not the faucet. My husband removed faucet with no effort once he came home. I gave them one more star as the last visit they sent another person who seems to want to do some work. Maybe the owner? Not sure. It just seems that they have too many customer for such a small company. Not to mention they were sent my American Home Shield so that might be a detriment by itself for them to not want to take more time dealing with us. I'll give them an extra half star for dealing with AHS.

Dustin and his team showed up on time pinpointed the issue with my home water leak and made the repair in a timely manner. As good as new. Thanks 5 Points Plumbing.

This company fast and efficient. They came out the same day and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. The owner is very personable and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a job done quickly and well.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I was assigned 5 Point Plumbing through my warranty company due to a slab leak in my main bathroom. Dustin, owner of 5 Point Plumbing, came out for an inspection that only lasted 5 minutes. Dustin from 5 Point then had to send a subcontractor to identify the issue as he was unable to. When they left, I get a call from my warranty telling the quoted repairs are $3,255 and the policy limit is $1,000 so I will be out of pocket $2,255. This was not confirmed in writing for review of labor and parts cost and what work needs to be completed.
For two weeks, I have been calling Dustin from 5 Point requesting the leak report and quote for repairs. He continually refused telling me I have to authorize the quote first without viewing it which is not how a business is run. Turns out he intended on LYING to the warranty company stating he will be drilling into my concrete slab to get the coverage from the warranty company but in reality he planned doing a reroute. He claims the reroute is not covered under the policy, so he had to lie to them to ""help me out and get them to cover the initial $1,000"". I refuse to partake in his fraudulent and unethical actions. What's worse is he stated he might have to remove my bathroom vanity at which point I should be able to get my home insurance involved BUT if he commits fraud to the warranty company, my home insurance will deny my claim and then I would be out of pocket for everything.
I called the warranty company for help in getting the leak report which they provided. Dustin eventually became forthcoming and confirmed with the warranty program he's quoting a reroute for a minimum of 50 billable labor hours. I cannot and will not authorize work on my home without seeing the quote for repairs. This is not how business is done. So many red flags with this plumber! To date, I still have no quote from Dustin at 5Point after multiple requests and only had this information by contacting the sub-contracting company directly.
Dustin at 5 Point Plumbing attempted fraudulent reports and failure to provide timely quotes and I wanted to warn others prior to any authorization from this company.

Came through home warranty company to look for leak in attic pipes. Walked in house, shined a flashlight on the ceiling & said ""you don't have pipes up there. Call a roofer. "" Reminded him that there has been no rain in months (so where is the leak coming from? Genius) & asked if he wanted to at least look in the space. Nope. According to our ring he was in our home for less than 3 minutes. That flashlight must be a master diagnoser with X-ray vision. Had our AC guy come out later in the day, just to ensure it wasn't an AC line. He was up there for 20 minutes(no charge. Not the AC), he confirmed that there are indeed hot & cold plumbing pipes running through the attic. 5point plumbing LLC had some poor representation today & clearly employees with poor work ethic. If Kevin is your assigned tech, just plan on calling someone else. What a waste of everyone's time.

AHS send out 5star Plumbing. They were quick to respond and was out the following day.
The tech came out took pictures of underneath the sink and behind the washer. Went out and look at the clean out. After that he got the line and ""tried"" to clean out the line This is when he packed it up and mention we have cast iron pipes, not a normal grease back up could not use a bit and line wouldn't go.
The whole process from start to leaving the door with all the excuses of why it couldn't be done and not covered by warranty took 15 or so minutes. Yes that is right about 15 minutes.

Justin from 5PointPlumbing showed up to install a garbage disposal via my home warranty plan. However, the plug was behind the dishwasher. So, he told me he would charge $350 to move the dishwasher halfway out in order to reach the electrical outlet. What a joke! He then said that $350 was the ""going rate', which is a lie since I called other plumbers. He then said I could do it myself and then he would come back to install the garbage disposal. I did it in 15 minutes. It was simple to do, certainly not worth $350, maybe $75 for the time involved. I texted him that the dishwasher was pulled back and the outlet was now accessible. He then asked me to send him a pic to verify that the DW had been pulled back, which I did. Then he proceeded to ignore my texts for 3 hours and FINALLY said he would not come back out and that the call would have to be sent to another company. What a price gouging, unprofessional, unethical plumber. Do NOT call them!

I'm not going to lie, I've had this company come to my house several times through American Home Shield, and all those times, they addressed my issues promptly and effectively and professionally.
But this time was different. Had them come out to snake my mainline. They showed up on time, snaked it, and diagnosed what could be wrong. The plumber explained what would need to happen, and I told him I would get back to them on the extended work.
The line backed up again, and I requested them to come back out and snake it. The scheduler told me that the line would continue to back up until the line was properly repaired. Fair enough. I requested an estimate on the work, and the scheduler said he would speak with the plumber and get back to me.
4 days go by, no response.
I called back, and the scheduler stated he would speak to the plumber and get back to me.
Another 4 days go by, still no response.
I called back, but no one answered. Did they just ghost me!? No way! So I called back a couple of hours later. Still no answer.
A couple of minutes later, I received a call from the scheduler asking me what services I needed. I explained my ordeal to that point and mind you again, I spoke to the same scheduler every time. He then remembered and said the plumber didn't want to do it.
What!? He didn't want to do it?! I couldn't believe my ears! Ok, fair enough, the plumber was an older gentleman, I get it. It seems to be a pretty big job. But there's no one else in the company that wants to get paid!?
The worst part is how unprofessional it is to not call back and inform your customer of your decision to not accept the work? Now, I've been sitting on these issues for a week when I could have contacted a company willing to do the work during that time.
Extremely unprofessional. Your customers deserve respect, especially when your customers respect you.

I was assigned this company by my home Warranty company which as we all know are not the highest quality contractors.
