My home warranty company contracts with 5 Point Plumbing. I was quickly contacted to schedule and they offered next day service. The technician arrived on time, was professional and quickly replaced my garbage disposal due to leakage. He was in and out in about 10 minutes. I didn't have to fight about anything. Great job!!

I had two experiencies with 5point Plumbing through American Home Shield Insurance. The first was where they wanted to charge an outrageous fee for extra work. The second was when they arrived an hour early before the confirmed AHS arrival window and refuse to wait 5-10 minutes for me to arrive. Just wanted everybody to know that Dustin is one rude dude. Can't imagine how anyone would put him in charge of anything. Don't take my word for it as he is mentioned by name in many other reviews. After cancelling both of my policies with AHS, I still reflect on how AHS could allow a vendor to misbehave like this.

5point responded through AHS home warranty to my house for a leak found at my supply line in the wall, behind my fridge. It turned out the supply line was leaking from within the slab and supplying cold water to my kitchen sink which is an island in my kitchen. Worse case scenario was going to be cutting into the concrete to get to the copper line. Luckily Kevin was able to feed a PEX line within my existing copper line and avoid cutting into my tile flooring and concrete. I very much appreciated avoiding more destruction to my house as I already removed approximately 12 feet of drywall to start the drying process from the initial water leak.

Overall my experience with 5 Point was excellent. I called on a Friday morning and had someone in my house later in the afternoon to locate the leak. The only hang-up was waiting over the weekend for the estimate to go through AHS and 5 point to return on Monday and fix the problem.

Kevin was knowledgeable, professional and respectful of my home. I highly recommend 5 Point for plumbing issues!

This plumbing company is unprofessional and does not prioritize customer needs. I am a physician and communicated my needs and availability time with the technician however, the technician never relayed the information to his lead supervisor. The supervisor put the technician on a 3-way call and lied, stating I never relaid the time I needed, and his supervisor backed his technician, stating, ""Why would my employees lie."" Implying that I, the customer, was lying. This company's customer service is subpar and completely unprofessional. If anyone is considering doing business with this company, I advise you to find another more replicable company that caters to their customer's needs and can communicate more professionally and effectively.

Dustin and Kevin were phenomenal. They've come out twice to service emergency issues in my home. I called them last minute and they were at my house within 10 minutes at the end of the workday. They fixed both issues professionally and promptly. I highly recommend 5point plumbing!!
