I had a fantastic experience with 535 Plumbing! I called them to repair a leaking copper pipe hidden between the walls and to diagnose an issue with my solar water heater. Nico, the dispatcher and estimator, was incredibly responsive and had Mark and Iven at my home within the hour. Mark and Iven worked efficiently, not only fixing the leaky pipe but also replacing the heating element on my water heater. They were professional, respectful, and clearly skilled at what they do. The best part? The final bill came in under the initial estimate--a rare and pleasant surprise! Johnny and Gabriel from 535 Plumbing came over today to install a new hot water tank. They were both very professional, communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and extremely kind. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and the cleaned up afterward. In total it took about an hour and half, mostly due to the old heater being clogged with sediment and not draining quickly. I would recommend 535 Plumbing to anyone looking for some plumbing work!

I called eight plumber ""call centers "" in a row. None would provide any estimate, nor even an hourly rate for work. They would entrap one to pay a fee to visit and assess the situation, then give one the option of paying whatever quote they decide to conjure up or pay the initial visit fee...then I would need to start all over with someone else. My ninth call, I reached a real representative of the company! Diana was courteous and professional. She gave me a firm quote within five minutes, with various options , and scheduled the work within two hours...on a weekend no less! Jay & Gabe arrived, there were a few complications due to the old condition of the shutoff valves, and delays in getting the building water shut off as a consequence, but these guys handled it well and charged me fairly. Great people. I highly recommend them.

Great local Plumbing company! Outstanding prompt and professional service! Fair prices, quality work! I had a mainline clogged / overflow. I called in the evening and 535 called me first thing in the morning by 0730. Mark and his partner came by 0900 and was finished by 1000! Prompt and professional! My garbage disposal recently broke and my experience at 535 couldn't have been any better. Diana was super helpful over the phone trying to diagnose the problem and only when it was determined that I needed a technician to come out and replace my unit did she put me on the schedule. Amazingly she was able to schedule someone that very morning. Rudy came out, quickly replaced my disposal with a brand new unit, and by lunch my kitchen was back in order. My condominium kitchen sink was backed up on a Sunday but Johnny and Gabe from 535 Plumbing came in the afternoon to save my day. They did a great job clearing the clog and even went as far as to check on my neighbor's sink. They were very professional and Johhny explained every step as they were working. We first called 535 to help us with our hybrid water heater/heat pump and was very satisfied with their responses, their workers and their work. More recently, we called to ask for help in installing a new kitchen faucet set. It was a Sunday and we weren't expecting anything, but Diana answered and was friendly and understanding. She set up an appointment for us the next morning! Johnny and Alejandro were also friendly, but more importantly, efficient and knowledgeable in not only installing the faucet set, but also fixing what turned out to be incorrectly installed tubular waste piping.
