I had a clogged sink and shower with company arriving the next day! In a panic, at 6PM I called 535 Plumbing--I found them BBB website--they were able to come out the next morning (before the arriving company) and quickly took care of the clogs! They even checked our other shower to see if it should be snaked too ( just in case) which it didn't and they were honest enough to say so! Since then I have referred them to a few friends, who were equally pleased with the service they provide. We are now considering doing some work on our home that will involve plumbing work so I contacted 535 Plumbing for an estimate. Jamie came out and she explained everything we need to know in regards to the plumbing job in a clear and concise manner, patiently answered all my questions, and without making me feel stupid. All estimators, whatever the job, should be like her--willing to provide detailed explanations and answer customer questions. She had the estimate to us the next day. With it in hand we can now continue planning the rest of work and be ready to schedule the plumbing job in the near future. Thanks for doing a great job for us with the clogged drains, providing good service to those we gave a referral, and for providing reasonable estimate for future work in such a timely manner.

I called 535 Plumbing for regular maintenance on our solar water heater. They were very professional and friendly and did all the checks. Unfortunately after they left we didn't have hot water all night and that day. I called back and they sent someone else right away (it was Super Bowl Sunday too)! He also did all the checks and flushed everything out making sure it wasn't due to an air bubble. He ran the water making sure it was hot before he left. That night we STILL didn't have hot water ... my husband and I felt so bad calling for a THIRD time. But every time we called they were professional, friendly, and SO SO HELPFUL. They didn't make us feel like it was our fault for calling a third time. This last one they sent their most ""senior"" guy who had the best experience with solar water heaters. He was just as amazing as the other two before him. He ended up turning up the temperature on our internal thermostat and we've been enjoying hot showers day and night ever since! Big mahalo to 535 Plumbing! I will definitely use you for future projects and will be sending you to family and friends!

Was looking for a plumber to install a laundry faucet in our utility and called a few places. One place quoted an outrageous price and I just shook my head and hung up the phone. Then I decided to call 535 plumbing on Saturday after reading some yelp reviews. Immediately after I left a voicemail, I received a call back from Mike and he made the process so easy. I texted pictures of the faucet and the sink area to his cell phone and he texted me a quote that was fair. We scheduled an appointment for Monday. He came to the house and installed the faucet in half an hour. He even helped put the items back to its original position before leaving. Thank you Mike for the professional work and great service. We will be using 535 Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

Emailed 535 Plumbing Wednesday night about replacing my broken water heater, got a reply from Shane by 6am Thursday morning and less than 24 hours after my initial email, I had a brand new water heater! Great communication through email and text. Peter and Ernesto (I think that was his name) were courteous and efficient. I would absolutely use 535 Plumbing again.

I never write reviews, but I just had to write a review after an amazing experience I had with this company. We had another plumber come to fix a toilet in our rental unit, after all was said and done, the water pressure in the whole unit was low. That plumber said that the pressure valve was broken and needed to be completely replaced ($$$). The soonest they could come to fix it was several days later, putting our tenants at an inconvenient. I called 535 Plumbing and got someone out there sooner. They investigated the problem and realized the valve just wasn't turned on all the way!! They could have been just as bad as the other guys and replaced and and charged us up the whooha, but they were completely honest and did the right thing! I will never again use anyone else! Thank you for your promptness and honesty with our plumbing issue!

This company is the best. The award for best in 2019 is well deserved. I had a problem with my toilet fill valve so when I tried to fix it I found out my angle valve and my main shut off valve were leaking. I called 535 and got an appointment in a couple days. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. These plumbers are professionals. Their work is high quality and they take no shortcuts. Don't fool around with cheap amateurs. These are pros. Their work will last forever.

My review is looong over due and I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with them. They are my go-to plumbing guys without a doubt! Shane and his guys are very knowledgeable and setting up appointments are quick and easy. I've been using them for the past few years for everything from a simple kitchen disposal fix, replacing faucets, redoing my shower fixtures to water heater disposal/installation and each time PERFECTION! They are prompt and efficient... no BS... no run around... just AWESOME! Thank you 535 plumbing for everything!

We had a terrible experience. We had an interior toilet leak and a leak at the wall shut off valve. The plumber took a quick look and quoted $250 for the job. I balked a bit as this was on the high end of the other quotes we had received. But, they were there so we went ahead with the repair. The work took less than an hour and the plumber said he replaced the external shut off valve and replaced the parts inside the tank. Even before the plumber left, the toilet started running again and he blamed us saying it was because we adjusted the water level height. We did not raise it to the point of overflowing the flush valve tower. Then the leak actually became worse than before the repair. After shutting water to the tank, it had drained empty overnight. We talked to the plumber on the phone again and he said the leak was probably in the flush valve, a part he did not replace. What!? He said earlier that he had replaced all of the parts!! We then spoke with the manager who said the $250 quote was for only a partial replacement of parts and that we would be charged for another repair visit and to replace the other part!!! What!?! There should be better communication when giving a quote. Just because a partial repair is supposed to fix something most of the time, they need to be up front that it could cost more if it doesn't. And if a plumber says they are going to replace the entire inner workings and doesn't, then the management should honor that promise and complete the repair for the original quoted cost. We feel taken advantage of and misled. Had we been told it could cost over $400 to fix, then we could have said no thank you. We bought a new toilet and had it installed by another company less than two years ago for less money than this repair. Many hundreds of dollars later we have learned our lesson and will never recommend this company. UPDATE... In answer to Shane's response, our issue isn't paying people for their work. We are not happy because we were not told initially that the $250 repair might not fix the problem. Even if it is rare to need the second repair, customers should be informed of the possibility before any repair is made. In the end, parts were replaced that did not need replacing for $250, and then said you needed another $175 to actually fix our problem. Clearer communication could have left us with a better experience with your company.

I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and service provided by Shane and his plumbing staff. They have been super. We required our pedestal sink to be switched out in preparation for our AC installation. First, Shane made a house call to explain what to look for in our sink replacement and to explain why it was much better for the AC drain to have a cabinet sink. And then the day before they were to come our kitchen faucet began to spout water...this was a Sunday. I texted Shane a picture of the plumbing hardware in question. He sent Steven and Justin with a new faucet to make the repairs...on a Sunday afternoon. The next day Charles and Rayvin came to switch out the bathroom sink. They finished the work in a neat and timely fashion and set it up so that the AC drain was very easy to connect. In the process we had a couple of issues....that Charles and Keanu returned to remedy. I would not hesitate to recommend them for their excellent professional work. We are so happy to have found Shane and his staff for our plumbing needs. Also, Pamela in the office is great about conveying messages and following through. We are delighted to have found this plumbing firm.
