On Saturday at 4pm I noticed our sewer pipe that connects the kitchen, guest bathroom, and outside laundry sink (washing machine) had cracked/shattered. I frantically called the plumber that we usually use but he was busy on Sunday. He gave me the contact information for his friend "Fred" and Fred said he would come over on Sunday at 9am. Sunday at 8am I get a call from Fred, he's hungover and wants to come on Monday instead. Having looked on Yelp for plumbers in Saturday afternoon, I noticed that 535 Plumbing had great reviews but didn't call them because Fred was supposed to show up on Sunday.
Needing to do laundry and not wanting to wash dishes in the master bathroom sink again on Sunday, I called Shane (the owner) of 535 Plumbing at 8:10am. I was shocked that he answered and he said that he could have a crew out after lunch. I got rid of hungover Fred, who said he would come over around lunchtime when he realized I was not going to wait until Monday (because I REALLY wanted a possibly still drunk and definitely hungover plumber working on our broken sewer pipe).
Charles and Justin of 535 Plumbing showed up at 1pm in a nice clean van, looking very professional. After looking and what needed to be fixed and consulting with Shane, they gave me a quote of $700. They left to get supplies and came back at 2:30. By 3:30 they were done, cleaned up after themselves, bagged the sewer pipes and took it with them. The total was $700 plus tax (so $732.97) and I paid with a check. They do accept credit card but charge the convenience fee (I think Justin said 3%). Charles and Justin also recommended that all the metal sewer pipes needed to be replaced and they said to call Shane for the quote on that.
535 Plumbing is amazing! Very professional and quick. Definitely not the hungover plumber type and we will be using them to replace all of the sewer pipes and any future plumbing issues. The quote I got to replace the rest of the sewer pipes was $6000.
I sent an email through their website on Monday morning to get the quote on the full sewer replacement, but I still hadn't heard anything on Wednesday afternoon so I called. I would recommend calling versus sending an email because Shane got me the quote very quickly after I called. Give 535 Plumbing a call, you won't regret it! I wish I had called them right after I saw the crack because it would have saved me a lot of stress.

This team is excellent and we will definitely be going back to them for all our plumbing needs. We called Shane on a Friday and he gave us a quote over the phone and then his team showed up on Monday at 9 a.m.

They were respectful, professional, and quick. They already had shoe covers on prior to entering our place (which most repairmen don't). This was a small thing but it showed that they were prepared. Not only that, they finished up in an hour.

Butchie and Joel did a fantastic job on both our bathrooms. We were overwhelmed with their expert workmanship and couldn't ask for anything more. Every morning they would greet us cordially and before leaving they would make it a point to say they were done for the day and say "bye, see you tomorrow". They were very helpful in selecting various items and made suggestions with what they thought matched the decor. We highly recommend 535 Plumbing for your plumbing needs. If it happens that Butchie and Joel knock on your front door, you'll be happy to know that they will do fantastic work for you. You won't be disappointed.

I was fortunate to find 535 Plumbing while searching through Yelp looking for a capable and reasonably priced contractor. I spoke to Shane and he only needed photos of my bathroom to give me an estimate. That alone showed me that he was a well experienced plumber in thus business. I described the situation to him and he knew what caused the problem. He sent two technicians to my house before the scheduled time, but that was better for me especially on a Sunday. His workers knew exactly what the problem was and went to work immediately. They were very professional and hard working. While workings on my shower stall, they took the time to explain things to me as well as point out things during the repair procedures. The final billing was reasonable for the amount of time spent on the fix. I would not hesitate at all to use them again in the future!!

The last thing I expected was to have a broken disposal in the midst of the stay at home, work from home mandate because of COVID-19. Worse, it happened on Sunday!

A quick call to Shane, who picked up immediately, allayed my fears when 1) he could squeeze me in that day and 2) his elite team would be wearing masks and gloves, and liberally using hand sanitizers.

Very grateful that Charles and Hana arrived exactly at the start of the 2-hour window, had all the requisite parts, and finished the install in less than an hour.

Plus, they were super conscious about removing their shoes before entering my condo and were also very neat.

The new disposal was tested several times and they showed me how to crank it if ever it got stuck and where to find the re-set button.

They also had a good sense of humor given my OCD concern about cleanliness! Keeping it light in this sensitive time was much appreciated.

Parts and labor was about $366, and well worth it!

Had to change out a rusted toilet ring and take out an existing sink and replace with a new fixture. They were responsive to request (they ask for pics so they can provide a quote via electronic communication). I was able to schedule an appointment the following day and the work was completed. Highly recommend.
