The measure of a business is how they react when something goes wrong. And if it does with 535 Plumbing do NOT expect courtesy, professionalism, or least of all, satisfaction. So if you use them, pray everything goes right or they will fall back on quoting their policies and tell you why they can't fix the issue. I experienced this firsthand. Be smart and choose another plumber, one who behaves professionally.

Sprung a leak in the bathroom in one bedroom condo that affected the unit below. The leak was in the walls and we couldn't visually identify where it was coming from. Called a few plumbers looking for quick availability and 535 was responsive (other plumbers were booked for days or even weeks). The 2 plumbers sent were very knowledgeable and polite, overall a very professional experience. They identified that both the shower and toilet were leaking (old pipes in the condo). The 535 office staff were also friendly and able to schedule a full day for the 2 plumbers to do the repairs. I was extremely appreciative, I know it wasn't easy for them to schedule repairs so quickly. The repairs were completed with minimal impact to both my unit and the unit below (ex. minimal drywall cutout to repair piping for shower, toilet, and sink). Pictures were taken of the before and after so that I could see the job. A video was also shared of the leak itself prior to the repairs being scheduled. Overall a great experience top to bottom. THANK YOU to the entire 535 team. Also, pricing was expensive in general but very reasonable for the work done. Another tenant in the same condo complex paid slightly more for similar repairs from a different plumbing company.

Had them install grab bars in my master bathroom. The guys did an excellent job. They didn't like the screws that came with the grab bars so they actually went out and bought different ones. My reason for only four stars is because I thought it was a bit pricey for the install. However, I would use them again if I needed plumbing done.

This is the third time we had 535 Plumbing complete work for us. This review is long overdue. It is easy to get an estimate. Submit pictures on line and they will send you an estimate. Once you agree with the estimate, they will email or call you to schedule the appointment. Pricing is fair. They were able to come out the next day after I made my inquiry this time. In the past, they were able to come out on the same day. Depends on what kind of work needs to be completed. They will call you when they are near to let you know they are on their way. They do excellent work. Clean up all rubbish. Very professional and courteous. They wear masks and socially distance. I would highly recommend using 535 plumbing.

Had to change out a rusted toilet ring and take out an existing sink and replace with a new fixture. They were responsive to request (they ask for pics so they can provide a quote via electronic communication). I was able to schedule an appointment the following day and the work was completed. Highly recommend.
