Quick and responsive coordination by email, text and phone. They offered to come out in 1-2 days to replace my gas water heater. Pricing was competitive. They text updated arrival information and follow up. As in many plumbing jobs, there were a few unexpected challenges. My enclosure was slightly too small, and another existing valve was broken. My technician Jourdan kept me informed and took time to complete the job correctly, and with a great attitude. From start to finish, I can see why they've earned a 5 star rating. Would hire again!

Over priced, left stains on the carpet, took out things from under the sink cabinet and just threw them back having the bottle of soap pouring out. Didn't leave a invoice for the finished job. Had to call and ask twice for it. When management had come to check out the stains told me that my carpet is old and that he doesn't care anything about YELP. So in my opinion I wouldn't use them again. I used them because they were listed high on YELP but never again. There are so many other companies that I would use.

Had 535 Plumbing repair an old leaking bathtub fixture in friends apartment. John Carlyon was the plumber. Polite cool guy that's easy to talk too and ask questions. Was up front explaining what possible problems that might happen being it's an old fixture while doing the job. Luckily he was able to repair leak quickly with no issues. Definitely keeping this company in my contacts for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend 535 Plumbing.

Our experience began with Dalen doing a thorough camera inspection. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We decided to have pipe lining installed on a bathroom and kitchen pipe. Ali, Anna, Cory, Jesus, Wes and Triton were great. They were all very respectful and professional. They worked cleanly, not leaving stuff all over the place. They always asked if we wanted to view the camera footage to see where they were at in the repair and gave us numerous updates. You can tell they have integrity on doing things the right way instead of the fastest. I would definitely recommend them.
