I had some bad l luck with a couple of plumbers so, I was looking for somebody new to unclog my bath tub. I saw the excellent Reviews 5Star Plumbing received so, I decided to give them a try. That was my lucky day! Dave called to find out whether he could come a little earlier than scheduled and that was great. He found that my two bathrooms, divided by a wall, had tubs back-to-back and drained into the same pipe so, dirty water backed up into BOTH tubs... He wasted no time to unclog that pipe and cleaned up after himself - which was totally unexpected. He also, gave me a Senior discount without me asking for it!
I will never call another plumber - he is awesome!

We recently completed our Argo's/Quest home and following our 1 year builder's warranty, we searched for an excellent plumbing technician.

We scheduled David thru his lovely wife, Barbara, and created a punch out list of service items, ie. Flush our tankless water heater, through inspection and maintenance of our entire plumbing fixtures.

David is a detail guy. He jumped on our project with expertise and precision. If y'all are looking for a kind and experienced technician, with a hint of old school values, David is your man.

Came home on Friday afternoon to no hot water. Checked the water heater and noticed water in the pan. Googled plumbing services and saw the great reviews for 5 Star, so decided to give them a call. Barb answered and was very friendly and courteous. I explained to her what had happened she transferred me to David and he had me check a couple of things and determined that I would need a new water heater. He said that he can come out on Saturday and replace it. The estimate he gave me was fair, so I said lets do it. David showed up early and got right to work. He explained to my wife and I what he was going to do and how long it would take. David finished ahead of schedule and did a FANTASTIC JOB! We had never used a plumber before, but now that we had a wonderful experience with David, 5 Star Plumping will be the only plumbing company we will ever use going forward!!
I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services! David and Barb are AWESOME!!!

David the owner came out to fix a hose bib and had a great attitude, showed up on time and even fixed some heating ducts that were hung up with zip ties by another company. Will definitely call them again!!!

Hello Barb, It's me Luchie, I give a good review of our experience with you and David. Sorry I used my husband Keith's yelp account. I was stressed out because We live in Vegas and my son lives in Reno. I was worried about plumbing prices. I started searching on Yelp and I called around until I found 5 Star Plumbing Services. I was impressed by the person who answered the phone Barbara was very nice, polite, and sweet. She really cared about her customer's problems. I told her about our plumbing problem and she said they will help me the next day Barb mentioned David will be there at 9 am. He showed up and fixed the problem professionally. David was nice, honest, told me about the problem, and the price was reasonable. We are very grateful to Barbara and David, they truly are '5 Star Plumbing Services' and I recommend their business. Absolutely the most honest people I have found in this area. He explains everything in a way that makes it understandable. Also is VERY fair on pricing, doesn't try to sell stuff people don't need. Not commission based so they don't push items to make more money. They are the kind that you keep as 'your own plumber' forever. That type. Locally owned which is a big deal to me. Neat, clean, professional, no plumbers crack showing. If that matters--- got to add some humor. To me the level of professionalism balances perfectly with the quality of work. They are the best team, Barb and David, trust them if you need anything small or large. I honestly cannot believe that these days there are still companies that operate that are this GREAT!

We had a punch list of plumbing needs with some small fixes and 2 large fixes which were a broken toilet and an outdoor leaking spigot. Upon arrival, David went over the list with us and then got right to work on the 2 biggest issues first. He was able to complete all of our requests

It isn't easy learning all the new things to owning a house. And I don't even really own the house. My mom is still the owner, but after dad's passing 2 years ago, I became head of her household. Mom is unable to do many things. So, it's up to me to take care of things. There is no manual for adulting!

For the 3rd time in 10 years, the most recent being 2018, the water heater broke. And leaked again into the house. I remember the disaster my parents suffered in 2018 and I wanted to cry thinking it happened again. But, I put on my big girl pants to check Yelp for a plumber. And that's when I found 5 Star Plumbing!

David and Barbara are so great! I told them my situation. They were cooperative, friendly, informative, and the greatest blessing overall. David put my mind at ease of how the situation will get fixed. And he took care of the water heater and pipes! Barbara is amazing with scheduling and any information. This is my plumbing go-to! I have a minor situation with a sink and I know it will get done soon! My house schedule has been crazy lately so I have to put it on hold. But I have a trustworthy company!
