Despite this review being well overdue, it shouldn't take away from how great 5 Star Plumbing Services is! On August 1st, 2022, I came home and found water pooling in my crawl space due to what I thought was a broken pipe. I immediately shut off my water and started searching for plumbers. I started sending messages in the hopes someone would respond the next day to let me know their availability as I was without water and needed the issue fixed as soon as possible. To my surprise, shortly after sending an inquiry to 5 Star Plumbing Services, I received a text message response in which they asked me for more details and let me know they would have someone call me first thing in the morning to see what time they could come by. The next morning David and Barbara (both extremely kind people) called me and were able to fit me in the schedule for that afternoon. David arrived as scheduled and quickly identified the problem. Thankfully, it was not a broken pipe, rather a pressure relief valve (PRV) that needed to be replaced. David explained to me the issue and was up front and honest about all pricing. He had the replacement part on his truck and was able to fix it at that time. I was so grateful to have found an affordable plumber with great customer service. Without the prompt response of 5 Star Plumbing Services and their willingness to help me out immediately, I would have been without water a lot longer. I have found my plumber and will not only be reaching out to them for any future needs I may have, but will also highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I found 5 Star Plumbing during the height of the pandemic and chose them because Dave always had a mask on. He installed my gas dryer a year ago. I recently had him come back to install a new kitchen faucet and reconfigure the valves under my sink. He is extremely professional and personal. Dave isn't trying to sell you anything you don't want or need--seriously. He is a hard working plumber who wants the customer to be happy with the end result.

I also can't say enough about Barbara who does the scheduling etc. You will get a prompt response (nearly instantly) when you email or phone her. She is very accommodating and understanding about life events. You can feel 100 percent confident in selecting this business for your plumbing needs. The people at 5 Star Plumbing are very ethical and you won't be disappointed. I hope this review helps you in making your choice.

My 93 year old mother had a plumbing problem and called me, her daughter in Sacramento, at 7:30am. At 8:30am Dave came over to my mom's the same day, and fixed the issue. I cannot say enough nice things about this plumbing company. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. This is customer service at it's best!

Five star plumbing really is five stars! No one calls a plumber happy and in a good mood and the women who answered the phone was so friendly and so calming! Within minutes I had a same day appointment and reassurance my issue would be resolved!

Thank goodness for David and Barbara at 5 star plumbing! I had a major clog in my kitchen/laundry room that was backing up into my sinks and flooding my laundry room.
I reached out to them via Yelp and had a response from Barbara in 10 minutes. I called her and she was very empathetic and was able to schedule David for the next morning.

David called before he came so I was able to explain the exact problem as well as talk to him about issues we were having with a bathroom. He arrived on time and immediately assessed the situation and got to work.

3 hours later the clog was history and my bathroom was fixed. David was kind and professional and explained everything. When presented with my bill, I felt it was extremely reasonable for the work that had been done. Their prices are much more competitive than other places that I called and they were so much more responsive! I will definitely use 5 Star plumbing for any future issues and will highly recommend to my friends and family. Truly a 5 star experience!

Dave replaced our water heater. He is reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable. He was HALF the price of the first company we called. We sent pictures to our friend in Arizona, a former plumber and long-time building inspector. His response: ""He (Dave) does very professional work. What a find! I've seen a lot of bad installs over the years."" Beautiful work done in a timely manner at a fair price...

I had some bad l luck with a couple of plumbers so, I was looking for somebody new to unclog my bath tub. I saw the excellent Reviews 5Star Plumbing received so, I decided to give them a try. That was my lucky day! Dave called to find out whether he could come a little earlier than scheduled and that was great. He found that my two bathrooms, divided by a wall, had tubs back-to-back and drained into the same pipe so, dirty water backed up into BOTH tubs... He wasted no time to unclog that pipe and cleaned up after himself - which was totally unexpected. He also, gave me a Senior discount without me asking for it!
I will never call another plumber - he is awesome!

We recently completed our Argo's/Quest home and following our 1 year builder's warranty, we searched for an excellent plumbing technician.

We scheduled David thru his lovely wife, Barbara, and created a punch out list of service items, ie. Flush our tankless water heater, through inspection and maintenance of our entire plumbing fixtures.

David is a detail guy. He jumped on our project with expertise and precision. If y'all are looking for a kind and experienced technician, with a hint of old school values, David is your man.
