These guys are great! Super speedy service. I called them around 230 in the afternoon for a clogged shower drain and by 4 they were at my door! Had my drain unclogged and draining flawlessly in less then 20 minutes. Friendly service and a fair price will definitely be recommending to family and friends in the future and for myself as well!

I needed a plumber so this morning I called,couldnt believe that they give free estimates.. The plumber showed up on time and was extremely nice..He knew right away what the problem was and quoted me a very fair price..I believe his name is Joel..I highly recommended this company. Very friendly and very reasonable..

October 25th, 2018... An absolute terrible customer service company. I called and talked with Neal, and requested that someone come out to check out my current water softener system as I was not sure if it was properly working or not. I told him what I had and if it needed a replacement would they be able to do one. He said absolutely and set an appointment up for the next day. A Technion named Dave came out and the first words out of his mouth was I know nothing about your Kenmore system, I just install them... I said, what do I need you for then? I asked for someone to check out my system first. He said, is what you asked for? YES. he then left. I called back and talked with Neal, who asked for me to hang on for a brief second, I waited and waited. Finally I hung up the phone. DO YOUR SELF A BIG FAVOR... Stay away from these people, they are not a customer service company and I would not trust them with ANY of my plumbing needs.

Tim came out and was super helpful!! Had an issue with the dishwasher line that broke and water was leaking outside Tim got us fixed up! Very glad I called them!!

From Molly in the office to Josh and the team in the field, I only have great things to say about this company. They made my AC issue, their AC issue too, and went above and beyond to ensure my family (newborn son, two year old, very tired mommy) and I finally get AC in the hottest time of the year.

This was after a month of no air and 4 other previous companies couldn't for one reason or another, help or fit us in?! I wish I came across this company first. Professional, personable, thorough and timely are just a few words to describe this team.

As a Realtor, it is important to have a company like this on your side, I will be referring all my clients this way from now on for AC issues as well as other plumbing, heating and other issues they can solve. Had a home warranty company that sent ""5 star"" to me. They were to show up between 4 and 6. Called to say they were running late and would be there between 5 and 7. Showed up, took one look at my shower knob (that just spins because the internal parts are stripped) and said he had to get authorization to fix it. Wouldn't tell me why and he just left to go to other jobs. When I contacted the warranty company, they said he told them the knob was completely broken off, wasn't regular wear and tear, and wasn't covered by my warranty. I offered to just pay so it would be fixed because the water wouldn't turn off. The warranty people told me 5 star was now closed for the day. I asked them to find a way to contact them which they did. 5 star then proceeded to tell me it would be an upfront $568 because we ""broke the knob"" (even though it was totally intact and we had the same thing happen to another one and it was stripped from wear and tear). 5 star didn't even have the guts to tell me himself. He just left us with water running on a Friday night. Thank goodness for ""Preferred Heating and Air"" for coming to our rescue on a Friday night at 9:30 pm! And by the way....The gentleman from Preferred said he sees this all the time and it IS from wear and tear.

I never give bad reviews but this was a horrible experience. Had them come out for a quote. Had a main leak somewhere under my driveway. The guy Neil who came out was not knowledgeable at all. Kept calling his boss for help. They did NOT even offer leak detection. Instead they just stated that they'd either need to jackhammer up my driveway (quoted 15-20k) or replace all the piping from meter to main and replace the pressure regulator which there's nothing wrong with at all since I live in a newer home (7k+ total) I felt like I was being ripped off. So I contacted another company who did leak detection and found that the leak was close to the edge of my driveway. No digging up of my driveway was required nor did my pressure regulator need replaced. I paid less than $2000 elsewhere. Dont get ripped off by this company. Do your homework.
