Had a leak on the main line from the meter to the house. Contacted 5 star plumbing and the same day they came in to check on my issue , 2 hours later actually. I thought I had to wait longer for a pressing issue as I kept getting calls from EWMD about a leak in my property but 5 star helped me right away. Their flexibility helped me out a lot as the only day I could be available for this was a Saturday and that very next Saturday I was helped. We had a misunderstanding but it was quickly clarified after reaching out to management. I Look forward to future business in regards to my property. Thank you.... Thank you to 5 star plumbing but especially to terissa and their technician gabriel for helping me out during the whole process in fixing my house so fast and with a high quality... Thank you

They straight up ghosted me on an sink install. We had a miscommunication on a day for them to come out and they came but my disposable hadn't come so we rescheduled. A few days later I was expecting them to come by as planned but they didnt show. I called and girl who was nice said that the installer had an emergency and would call back for a another date to come out. Well she never called back. I called back over the course of the next two days but nobody answered or called me back so I moved on to someone dependable and got the job done regardless, but it was a waste of time for us.

We just moved into a house that had new beautiful toilets installed we have a major issue with one as soon as we move in and they refused to cover Warranty. The office staff and manager are extremely rude. They will talk back to you and do everything in their power to get out of doing their job. Do not do not use this company extremely trashy service!

Well, well, well, Today was the 2nd time 5 Star can and helped me out.
Last time was my AC. Still running great! Today a small leak under my kitchen sink. First, thought I could do it. But didn't have the specialized pair of plyers it looked like it would take to crimp a new specialized tube clamp. So, called 5 Star and came out this same day.
Turns out that short piece of gray tube is/was old school and not used anymore. Who knew,.....but a plumber.
Short of the long.......Gabriel was in and out in 10 minutes and replaced the old and in with new.
I'm sure it would have been an expensive road if I decide to do this job myself.
I AM SURE GLAD I HAVE 5 STAR IN MY PHONE DIRECTORY.

Excellent service!!! Home warranty put us in contact with 5 Star for our air conditioner. Teresa was quick to get us scheduled, as I called on Friday right before close and she had a tech at our house the next day at 11am. Silas was great, thorough, polite, & quick. He had us up and running in no time! Definitely recommend!!!!

Call them at 7am about an issue with our water heater. The nice lady that answered told me she'd have someone out between 8-10 THE SAME DAY! That's crazy good service. Even better was the young man that came out for the call. He quickly figured out the issues, called the manufacturer, determined it was a recall issue, got all the recall info for me, gave the manufacturer my info, and gave me a piece of paper with all the details. AMAZING. When I asked if he'd be the one doing the work he told me the manufacturer had another company that did the work and then told me he wouldn't be charging me for today's trip. I'm stunned! Truly the best customer service experience I've ever had. I will never call any other company for my plumbing needs. Truly great!

I had them to work on my swamp cooler on 08/05/2020. Gabriel came out, took a look at the cooler. Told me $875.00 to repair. He said if i purchased materials he would instal for a couple hundred dollars i agreed. He didnt ask me if it was ok to charge personal items on my credit card( Home depot called me for card info) and when asked about it he got angry, after he finished he said $75.00 then he said no charge. Long story short he did return $70.00 . It tripped the circuit breaker twice. But i kept hearing a clicking sound. Something wasnt right. It stopped working(today) 14 days later. I called today, Teresa told me there was no warrantee for the work done. Would not recommend this company because of the deception followed by angry behavior.
