I needed a new water heater. They charged me $2500 to install a $600 water heater. They didn't finish the job and didn't complete installing a new fixture in my shower. Sent another crew out to ""finish/fix"" the first job. They fixed the water heater, turned the water back on and promptly flooded the garage causing substantial damage to my daughters just moved in and not unpacked belongings. They took pictures of the damage and literally fled the house.
** Find a different company!**

This company cannot be trusted and what work they do complete is questionable and very overpriced. Just my fair warning

Called to have A/C repaired, 4 visits and still could not find what was wrong with it.. Technicians don't know what they are doing! I can not recommend this company

August 19, 2021 0936am. My kitchen sink is backed up, and I need a plumber, so I get on Yelp here to find one. 5 Star Plumbing has some pretty decent ratings, so I call. The person answering the phone did not identify himself to me, but
this is how part of the conversation went...
Them: what is your address?
Me: I give my address
Them: Is this a mobile home?
Me: It is a ""modular home"". I don't see how that makes a difference.
Them: We don't do mobile homes, because the ""clean out"" for the kitchen is up on the roof, & ""NINETY PERCENT OF THE MOBILE HOMES HAVE THEIR CLEAN OUT UP ON THE ROOF"".
Me: I had a different plumber come out for the same sink 3 months ago, and nothing was mentioned about a ""clean out up on the roof"".
Them: We don't do mobile homes, but we can refer you to one that does.....(he gives me the number of the plumber who came out 3 months ago!)
Them: I assure you, the plumber I am referring you to knows how to do ""mobile homes"".
Now then - I call the plumber that they referred me to - the one that came out 3 months ago, and - thinking HE did a shoddy job because he didn't even mention a clean out on the roof - so I ask him about the cleanout on the roof, and why he didn't go up there to clear out my kitchen sink on his last visit. This plumber was actually at my house, and dealt with my backed up sink. This is what he told me.....Quote -
""I remember doing your house. I didn't go up on your roof to clean out your sink line because your clean out is under your sink"".
I see it this way -
Either the man who answered the phone doesn't know what he is talking about ( in which case I wouldn't want him working on my pipes), OR 5 Star has so much business they feel they have to lie to potential customers.
No - I am not rating this business on it's actual plumbing ability. They chose to eliminate that possibility. I can, however, rate their ""customer service"". One star = the price I had to give them to be able to voice my frustration.
In case 5 Star hasn't looked around - there are a LOT of mobile/modular homes in and around Hemet. Bad mistake 5 Star

Typical scam artist plumbers, who perform sub-standard work and not to code. It's a business like this that gives the plumbing trade a bad reputation; you'd be best served hiring any other plumbing service

Sad to say I've had to call a plumber a few times in our mobile home and a few more times in the house we moved into and everytime someone comes out to help us they are very professional kind and get the job done . I believe Christian is the plumber who we have seen the most and we really like him and his service . We definitely recommend 5 star plumbing they have good reasonable prices and like I said the plumbers are very professional. I have called for them to come kind of late and they come asap. Thankyou i appreciate you

Unbelievably bad!!! Never heard so many excuses why they don`t return phone calls. Total waste of time!!! Repair not completed. Very unprofessional company.

Quality work, professional + more affordable than other places- they replaced a part for our AC + did maintenance on it. They charged half of what other places quoted us. Our AC works great. Thank you. : )

Excellent! This is the only adjective that describes our experience with 5 Star Plumbing. Plumbers and doctors are the true professionals you need at 3 AM in the morning. Finding a good doctor is just as difficult as finding a good plumber. The best review I can write is that I would call five star plumbing and middle of the night to come and help.

We purchased a new home with some plumbing problems and didn't know where to turn. After six plumbers this is where we landed.
