Well, well, well, Today was the 2nd time 5 Star can and helped me out.
Last time was my AC. Still running great! Today a small leak under my kitchen sink. First, thought I could do it. But didn't have the specialized pair of plyers it looked like it would take to crimp a new specialized tube clamp. So, called 5 Star and came out this same day.
Turns out that short piece of gray tube is/was old school and not used anymore. Who knew,.....but a plumber.
Short of the long.......Gabriel was in and out in 10 minutes and replaced the old and in with new.
I'm sure it would have been an expensive road if I decide to do this job myself.
I AM SURE GLAD I HAVE 5 STAR IN MY PHONE DIRECTORY.

Excellent service!!! Home warranty put us in contact with 5 Star for our air conditioner. Teresa was quick to get us scheduled, as I called on Friday right before close and she had a tech at our house the next day at 11am. Silas was great, thorough, polite, & quick. He had us up and running in no time! Definitely recommend!!!!

Call them at 7am about an issue with our water heater. The nice lady that answered told me she'd have someone out between 8-10 THE SAME DAY! That's crazy good service. Even better was the young man that came out for the call. He quickly figured out the issues, called the manufacturer, determined it was a recall issue, got all the recall info for me, gave the manufacturer my info, and gave me a piece of paper with all the details. AMAZING. When I asked if he'd be the one doing the work he told me the manufacturer had another company that did the work and then told me he wouldn't be charging me for today's trip. I'm stunned! Truly the best customer service experience I've ever had. I will never call any other company for my plumbing needs. Truly great!

I had them to work on my swamp cooler on 08/05/2020. Gabriel came out, took a look at the cooler. Told me $875.00 to repair. He said if i purchased materials he would instal for a couple hundred dollars i agreed. He didnt ask me if it was ok to charge personal items on my credit card( Home depot called me for card info) and when asked about it he got angry, after he finished he said $75.00 then he said no charge. Long story short he did return $70.00 . It tripped the circuit breaker twice. But i kept hearing a clicking sound. Something wasnt right. It stopped working(today) 14 days later. I called today, Teresa told me there was no warrantee for the work done. Would not recommend this company because of the deception followed by angry behavior.

They were great. They were referred by a friend, so I gave them a try. I ask for a lot and I expect a lot, I called back to ask more questions and they were always helpful. They provided great service and I was satisfied with the work. I plan to call them again to do some more work. Give them them a try, they have reasonable, competitive rates.

My AC stopped working in the middle of the Friday before the 4th of July. There were companies who took the full day off, another who closed early, but 5 Star came to the rescue. It took the technician a little bit to figure the problem out because it turned out to be something simple (those sometimes are harder to diagnose) but was efficient and professional. The company Old Republic Home Protection assigned me to, Platinum Repair, was a zero. Sat on the phone listening to music for half hour and couldn't wait until it was too late to reach anyone. 5 Star is now on my list when I need future service.

We've been struggling for a number of weeks to get our Upstairs AC working, wouldn't go below 85 degrees. Was dreading the thought of needing a brand new unit.
