I never give bad reviews but this was a horrible experience. Had them come out for a quote. Had a main leak somewhere under my driveway. The guy Neil who came out was not knowledgeable at all. Kept calling his boss for help. They did NOT even offer leak detection. Instead they just stated that they'd either need to jackhammer up my driveway (quoted 15-20k) or replace all the piping from meter to main and replace the pressure regulator which there's nothing wrong with at all since I live in a newer home (7k+ total) I felt like I was being ripped off. So I contacted another company who did leak detection and found that the leak was close to the edge of my driveway. No digging up of my driveway was required nor did my pressure regulator need replaced. I paid less than $2000 elsewhere. Dont get ripped off by this company. Do your homework.

There specialty is plumbing and drain, However with temperature rising my 2nd air con stopped functioning and they where and to help me ASAP

Honestly the first impression I got from the first service professional wasn't that great. He wasn't interested, and was ready to just get moving to wherever the next appointment was going to be. He was very confident in saying the block will be taken care of upon the next appointment with a hydro-machine thing.
So the secondary appointment day I called to just check on what's going on since it was getting close to the end of the time frame I was expecting the service professional to arrive. It was a different guy. He arrived in the nick of time. He was awesome. He had a good head on his shoulders, a good attitude and good work ethic. Long story short. He followed the procedures and communicated well. The hydro-machine thing didn't end up being the tool to do the trick. He used like a gas powered plumbing snake and got through the sludge.
You can tell with hard work sometimes spirits get down but when he and (myself waiting) felt confused and losing heart. He picked up and went back to work. When he got through the stoppage it was like we all felt the victory.
I'm a first time homeowner for only 6 months now (it's an older house) so this was my first unanticipated house fix I've ever faced. So the guy who got the the pipes cleared is really a ""salt of the earth hero"" in my books and I can joyfully continue to do laundry and wash dishes and count my blessings. Thanks Christian for a job well done!

Anthony came out on a Sunday at 730pm. Was super informative and handled my issue in 5min. Great response time and awesome customer service.

Guy shows up late to appointment. 1 hour late past his end time of the window.
Simply manipulated the pipes so the leaky connection is fixed. Instead of adding a longer section to tighten the connection. Now has me waiting another 20+ min while he's in his van making a call. I'm late to work because I told them the window I was expecting to meet the plumber. Very unsatisfied. I'll be sure to let the landlords know and recommend they never use this company again. Try two star plumbing and drain solutions.

Really it's only one star, because I'm only able to select 4 out of 5.

My instant water heater went out of course on a saturday. I called my home warrantee and they connected me to fivestar pds. Tim arrived right at the beginning of my 4 hour window. He figured out what was wrong and replaced the system. With a brand new high quality unit. Tim was friendly and helpful through the whole process. We will request to use five star pds from now on. Thank you for being awsome!

We had a problem with our washing machine draining correctly and assumed it was the drain after clearing the evacuation hose on the washer. We called 5 star and they were able to send someone out the same day. Two gentlemen showed up at the agreed upon time. One was named Cristian, the other man's name escapes me, but he reminded me of Maui from Moana but without hair. Both guys were very professional and had great attitudes even though it was 6pm after a long day of work. They tested our drain several times and determined that the drain was not the issue. They were here for 30 minutes and in that time helped me to find the problem within the washer. It was the pump. Well after the work they put in I expected a bill, but all I got was a handshake and a smile. I definitely will call them first if I have any other plumbing needs. They were really top notch..

This is my new plumbing company and if I can specifically request Paul- I will. I called around 5 for a broken pipe under my home. Paul was here at 5:20. He took a look inside, then outside and peeked under my home. We talked for a bit and I was given a quote.

He must've seen the blood drain out of my face because he started helping me with options to help lower my cost. In the end, I decided that doing whatever was best for my home was going to be worth the extra cost.

After a few more minutes and a couple of signatures, he headed out to grab some parts. It took less than an hour after he came back and everything was done. He explained what he did so we would know what was under our house now and checked our water pressure.

As it turns out, it's ridiculously high. We were given a quote for that-which we couldn't afford at the time, but I think I'll end up just purchasing the part out of pocket and calling them back for installation.

All in all--amazing customer service, quick results, and I'm left knowing more about my house than when I started. Thank you Paul for making what was a very stressful night into less of a panic attack!

5 Star Plumbing lives up to their name, and reputation. I had a water leak in an area that was almost inaccessible. Tim gave me a quote that was right in line for what he had to do to repair it. Part way into the repair he said he was able to work around an obstruction so he was able to cut the cost to a lot less. Talk about an honest plumber! Tim showed up on time, repaired the leak in a timely manner, and saved me money too! I'm sold for life. Thanks Tim, Gabe and 5 Star.
