Wow, what great service. I had a pretty big leak in a pipe under the house and had to turn off the water to the house. Of course it was a Saturday. Called several plumbing companies and nobody could come out that day. Finally called 5 star and they were able to send someone out later in the day. Ahmad arrived an hour early and texted me before he got here. Super nice and professional. Fixed the leak in under an hour. Very happy with Ahmad and 5 Star Plumbing. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I've had a leak in one of my pipes under the house. This was due to copper on top of copper eventually it causes a hole and it got bigger. I called them at 11am and someone was here within an hour. Khalil was nice, calm and collected and answered all my questions and worked under the crawl space to fix the issue. Couldn't have asked for a better service. They warranty their work for year, hopefully I won't need it! Highly recommend.

Our kitchen sink developed a leak at the valves underneath. Even after closing the valve , they continued to drip, and we became concerned about our cabinets and wood floors. After calling half a dozen 24/7 emergency repairs plumbing businesses, we shut off the main water to house and went to bed. 5 Star was the first company to return my call the next morning and arrived within 90 minutes of that call. The plumber was polite, clean, and completed the work in about an hour- replacing both valves and installed the new faucet we purchased just in case. I'd have given 5 stars had I received a call back the same night I called.

I called this morning and was given a timeframe for someone to come out. Peter called and asked if he could come early which was a definite YES! 5 Star cleared my clogged kitchen sink drain. Adam snaked my drain several times, but had trouble clearing it. He brought in a separate machine that forced high-pressure water through it, clearing out almost 40 years of normal grease buildup. He was on time, courteous, and took the time to explain my options and cost. I recommend 5 Star the next time you need a plumber.

My drain lines clogged up and water was backing up into my shower and tub. I called 5-Star plumbing and they promptly sent Ahmad out within a few hours. Ahmad was very friendly and professional and was able to clear my entire drain line. Not only did he get my shower and tub draining again, but he went the extra mile to verify that the rest of my line was clear and he ended up clearing out several blockages that would have eventually caused me issues. Definitely glad I called 5-Star!

It was an unusual rainy Sunday in California and I had noticed water backing up near the side of my house. A call was made and within 2 hours a man was at my door who in my distress I thought was Robert Downey junior, aka Tony Stark, aka IRON MAN! I was told by the plumber was not RDJR and was a kind man named Amir. Amir was amazing!!! He was hard working and thoughtful. He found my leak, installed a drain and 2 toilets then flew, I mean drove away. If you are looking to get the job done right, right away, make five star part of your day !!!!!
