Replaced hot water heater efficiently and on time. The problem was the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in their office. I asked them to send me a copy of the permit and call for a inspection. The job was done on December 22 and I called to ask when I would be getting an inspection 4 times before the job was inspected on January 12, 2021. Each time I called I was told someone would call me back ""tomorrow' and no one called back. No one knew the status of the job when I called. It was a very frustrating experience.

This is a follow up review. So after a serviceman showed up, told me there was nothing he could do for my situation, charged me $150 then left...well management did reach out to me and after a day of ""deliberation"" they refunded HALF my money. So yeah they definitely could be better..

Called for service and was told on the phone the don't service my area. A Sacramento based company that doesn't service Hollywood Park, a neighborhood smack in the middle of the city??? Curious, do you serve Land Park, across the street?
Later received an email response from someone different with the company saying they would be happy to come... followed by another email from the person I spoke to on the phone saying once again they wouldn't service my area. What's going on with this company?

Peter was awesome! He came quickly, diagnosed the problem with our drain, and resolved our issue. We actually had another issue with the kitchen drain that he tried to fix without running the snake to try to save us some money, which ended up being an issue that he needed to use the snake for, but I really appreciated the effort. He was really thorough and wore a mask the whole time. Thanks!
