Yes, I had a clogged kitchen sink and called 5-Star Plumbing - Sacramento, CA. Eze Om was assigned to the project and did an excellent job. If I can leave less than I one star I would. My plumbing was backing up in my toilet and bath tub and when I asked for an inspection I was told that there was not going to be a charge for the inspection, only the job that it needed. Khalil was sent to my house and told me everything that I already knew and said that we don't have a sewer access point to the house and I thought that it was weird but I also didn't know where it was either since I just got the house, but as a professional plumber I thought he would at least know where to look. He didn't do any sort of inspection, he kicked some bark around to find the sewer access and looked down the kitchen sink access point outside the house. I was then charged $90 for the ""inspection"" and he left. I went to look around outside where he was looking and followed the route where I thought the main pipe to the house would be and: 1. Found the sewer access point by barely moving some bark just outside my back door.
2. He left his vice grips near the kitchen sink access point.
3. He left the cap to the kitchen access point on the ground with his vice grips.

Strongly don't recommend.

I needed a new water heater and 5 Star immediately came out (within one hour). They replaced my water heater early the next day so I wasn't inconvenienced at all. Amir installed my water heater and he was oustanding. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout the installation. I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing. I have had many plumbers in the past and 5 Star Plumbing is by far the best I've ever had.

I would definitely recommend using 5 star plumping, they were prompt with their response and came out the same day I contacted them. The technician was able to assess the problem and repair it on the spot.

Woke up to a toilet gushing water from where I had no idea because I could not see it. I was coming from a broken water line. Turned off the water, and called 5 Star. They had Eze here in less than an hour, he was able to fix it (replace the line) and only charged $123. Pretty good for an emergency response. Eze was polite and clean and helped with removing some of the water around the toilet. Actually I had cleaned up a lot before he got here because the water was all the way into the bedroom and my laminate flooring was purchased years ago before they made water resistant laminate.
