5 star earned every single one of those stars. I had purchased a washer from a store and they attempted to install it but the supply faucet failed and spewed water everywhere. I called 5 star and asked if they could fix it the same day. Without hesitation they said that a tech would be able to stop by in the evening. But I received a call saying that they were available earlier and I readily agreed. The tech Eze arrived, he was polite, knowledgeable and assessed the problem quickly (corroded fixtures) and within an hour had resolved the issue. I would highly recommend 5 star plumbing they saved me a ton of trouble.

heard odd sounds in the house late night and found that my water heater was leaking. after shutting off the main water line, i called 5 star and they dispatched an emergency service tech who arrived within an hour. the tech's name was eze. he was informative, professional, and thorough. he installed a cold water shut off valve since my hot water heater didn't have one. and by doing so, i was able to turn the main water line back on while waiting on a replacement heater.
i recommend 5 star plumbing. ask for eze.

I was very skeptic because so far I have been stood up by two other plumbing companies, both with impressive yelp reviews - - I'm talking over 500, 41/2 - 5 star ratings. I was stunned when the appointments I had made for these companies simply didn't show up and didn't even call me, nothing! I called 5-Star Plumbing expecting the same, but was so pleasantly surprised with a professional phone call to set up the appointment, including being given all service call charges on the phone, a time window for arrival, etc. The next day, the plumber assigned to help me, ""Eze"", called me to let me know he was ahead of schedule and could he come early, which I said absolutely to. Then I got a text with a ETA for his arrival, and then he showed up exactly when he said he would!! He was super nice & very communicative, and seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing and trust me, I have hired people to come out and perform work that they didn't really seem like they knew at all what they were doing, and they were brand new to the trade, which is very scary. When you know that the work they're going to do is gonna cost you a fortune. Something came up where I had to runoff immediately during the service call to go pick up my kids from school early & unexpectedly. I had to leave Eze alone in my home for about 30 minutes and he was so sweet about it and offered to wait in his car until I got back before I told him it was OK. He could just stay in the house and continue working. Normally I would never do something like that but something about Eze just made me feel comfortable doing that and I trusted that it would be OK. And it was, he just kept working while I was gone and I sincerely appreciated being able to trust someone I didn't know alone in my home like that.

I have a few other plumbing issues in my house I need to have taken care of after I order & receive additional parts; I will *absolutely* request that ""Eze"" be the plumber to come back here because I was that satisfied with his service

My Aunt asked me couple days of ago to help her find a plumbing company in her area near San Jose CA to have her water heater looked at. I found 5 Star plumbing on yelp. Peter the owner contacted me directly after visiting my Aunts house. So pretty much after inspecting her water heater we decided to get a new one since the current one she has was 20 years old and was leaking all the time. Peter had sent one of his plumbers and had switched to a brand new tankless heaters. My Aunt is very happy with the service and the Value of this new water heater. The price was descent and service was not obnoxious compared to some other companies. The best thing it was done all in a day. And my Aunt was able to get back to her life instantly. Thank you again to 5 Star on coming thru so quick.

5 stars for the 5-star Plumbing. I have a small Pomeranian dog and whenever I give him a bath I get a plumbing problem. Recently I found this business on Yelp and decided to call for help. And of course, they did a great job fixing my bathroom sink very quickly. I highly recommend this business. If I get any problem I know who to call

On a Saturday morning call for a broken disposal they came out within an hour and replaced it in less than 30 minutes. Eze was very courteous and got the job done quickly and professionally. Great service.

Their name says it all. I had a leaky shower and tried to fix myself by replacing the cartridge. Unfortunately the cartridge broke and I couldn't get it out. 5 Star was very responsive and came out to remove the cartridge and finish the repair. They also helped resolve a separate issue as well. I would definitely call them again for my future plumbing needs.
