Their name says it all. I had a leaky shower and tried to fix myself by replacing the cartridge. Unfortunately the cartridge broke and I couldn't get it out. 5 Star was very responsive and came out to remove the cartridge and finish the repair. They also helped resolve a separate issue as well. I would definitely call them again for my future plumbing needs.

5 Star Plumbing is now our go to plumbing service. We called at 4 pm and Alex arrived within an hour to replace our kitchen faucet. He was competent, knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough analysis of our situation and explained what needed to be done to fix our issue correctly. And the price was fantastic.

Alex also dealt with a potentially strange situation professionally speaking. We had hired a different plumber that morning to do some work. Our first venture into home repairs. The young man who came made a mistake, which we didn't realize until 4:20 pm when my 94 year old father called out, We have a flood. Our bathroom was flooding with hot water. We could not stop it by closing the valve. So said company sent someone out to fix the disaster. These two young men were amazingly respectful of one another, of us and our situation. They worked together to make sure everything was right before they left.

We are grateful for Alex's skills plumbing wise and professionally. He was caring and understanding. We will call 5 Star going forward for our plumbing needs.

Our shower water mix valve had a low water flow issue, and we tried to replace the cartridge in it.

We were not able to take out the full cartridge by ourselves and asked 5 star plumbing for help.

Adam arrived on scheduled time, very friendly and full of energy :). He was quick witted, spot the issue and came up with the right solution. Adam complete the job in 10 minutes, with right tool and fast work.

This is probably the best service job l had so far, and the price is good too.

Would consider use their service again in the future.

Both toilets were leaking and shower was clogged! Called 5 star plumbing and Tom sent Eze our super fast! He fixed all the problems and took his time to make sure everything was OK! Eze showed up a few minutes early and was very knowledgeable. Five star plumbing will be the plumbers we use in the future.

The worst part was that this was on a weekend so are options were very limited. We came across 5 star through Google, requested a quote and later that day we had a tech scheduled to fix our toilet! We had a leak from the bottom of the toilet as a result of improper installation. Eze Om from 5-Star came out within a half hour of our call and did a fantastic job of reinstalling the toilet properly. He was fast and expert. Cant recommend them more highly.

Our water heater pilot went out and the electric company referred me to replace the thermocouple. 5 star plumbing came out less then 24 hours later to assist. Eze was the technician and he was super helpful. Arrived exactly on time, he explained everything he can do to assist and various options I have incase the problem is much worse. He got the repair done quickly and thankfully it was just the thermocouple and it's back up and running. This company is very reliable, and reasonable for the work they do. Not to mention a contacted others and a lot of places do not have parts on hand, one place advised I order it then contact them. This company had the parts on hand to do the job and got me and my family got water again! Thanks so much.
