Company Overview

We specialize in a full selection of solutions in the plumbing and mechanical sector, spanning commercial work, maintenance; from design and financial planning through completion. We have design and specification services as both sub-contractor or main contractor on competitive contracts as well as design-build projects.

Our company, 4G Plumbing and Heating began in 1964 by the Jensen and Petit families; which is why we are called 4G. Shortly after, Gordon acquired Glen's stake in the business. In the following year, he purchased Lembke Plumbing and Heating.

In 1970, a new partner, Norman Carey joined the team. 4G Plumbing and Heating was incorporated in 1971, with Norman joining as a shareholder. In 1972, we incorporated our digging services with Gordy’s Excavation, forming our excavation services.

In 1973, we relocated to 1515 Wyoming and started expanding. In 1977, we formed the electrical services.

The founders, Gordon and Geniece stepped back in 1995. In 1997, John and Judy Bukovatz and Melody Bryan joined as shareholders. In July of 2002, John and Judy Bukovatz and the Bryans acquired Norm. In March of 2008, we relocated to our new facility at 5641 West Harrier Drive. In December of 2015, the Bryans retired and John and Judy Bukovatz assumed the role of the only owners as of January 2016.
