Company Overview

We specialize in a full array of solutions in the Mechanical and Plumbing sector, spanning commercial work, maintenance; starting with planning and cost estimation through implementation. We offer project planning solutions as a partner or prime contractor on bid contracts as well as integrated design projects.

Founded as 4G Plumbing and Heating started in 1964 by Gordon Jensen, Geniece Jensen, Glen Petit, and Geneva Petit; which is why we are called 4G. Shortly after, Gordon purchased Glen's stake in the company. In 1965, he bought Lembke’s operations.

In 1970, a new partner, Norman Carey came on board the team. 4G Plumbing and Heating officially incorporated in 1971, with Norman Carey added as a partner. In 1972, we integrated our earthmoving equipment with Gordy's Excavation, forming our excavation team.

In 1973, we moved to our new address at 1515 Wyoming and began our expansion. In 1977, we launched the electrical team.

Gordon and Geniece Jensen left the business in 1995. In 1997, John and Judy Bukovatz and Melody Bryan were added as stockholders. In July of 2002, the Bukovatzes and the Bryans purchased Norman. In March of 2008, we relocated to our new facility at 5641 West Harrier. In December 2015, John and Melody Bryan stepped down and the Bukovatzes became sole owners as of January 2016.
