I had a leaking toilet and called 4 star based on the reviews I saw on Yelp. They are everything you see here. Quick, knowledgeable and honest. My issue was so minor, they even took care of me as a courtesy. The representative that came to my house was very friendly and timely. I would definitely recommend them!

Called 4Star today based on other Yelp reviews. They answered their phone very early and set me up first thing for an appointment this morning. A very nice gentlemen Ed came fixed the problem and I am thrilled. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Josh of 4 Star was at my house today in Fort Lauderdale to fix a back-up we were having. He arrived on time, fixed the problem in no time, cleaned up any mess and the price was very reasonable. I have used 4 Star before with the same results and will not hesitate to contact them again for my plumbing needs! Thanks Josh and 4 Star!

Due to unfortunate drain backup circumstances in my home I called 4 Star Services. The 4 Star Technician, showed up at my door on time, was courteous, professional, and helped educate me and explained what he was doing during the entire process. Whether I can request the same technician, or not, I will definitely use 4 Star Services again in the future from my first experience.

They conned me, caused over $1500 in damages to my bathroom-poop all up to the ceilings, and quoted me originally at $150. Then they took out this machine that broke all my bathroom tile, threw fecal matter everywhere, ruined the tub, the flooring the walls. Then he claimed a toy must have fallen down a 0.25 mm drain hole in the tub and caused the damage. He charged me $500 and gave me a $50 discount on him (how nice). I paid and then looked in the bathroom to notice what was quoted by a restoration professional to be over $1500 in damage caused by the technician. This guy conned me. My neighbor told me the next day that he talked to the technician (Shawn) the next day and Shawn told him he shouldn't have even charged me... that the event had nothing to do with my unit and he knew this all along. My property manager was responsible. I called 4 star the next day and the basically said """"You already paid us... who gives a (word that starts with """"F"""")? I was conned by the best in the business. Don't trust the reviews they paid to have placed on here. They are very, very bad people and will probably pay Yelp to have this post removed... Yeah, Yelp does that... Google it.

Called on a Sunday with a plumbing emergency. Was told that they would be here within an hour and that actually happened. The plumber was courteous, thorough, and didn't rip me off. Was pleased to find a company with integrity, especially when we were in such a vulnerable situation. Will use them again and recommend them to others.

These guys are prompt, thorough, and affordable! I had a horrible problem going on in our kitchen where we couldn't use the dishwasher or the sink without water coming out from under our kitchen cabinets. It was a nightmare and I was mentally preparing myself for a very costly repair. The plumber came out when he said he would and fixed our problems. He fixed our problematic valve and even checked the other side of our sink ( we have a double sided sink), and replaced the strainer which apparently wasn't put in correctly in the first place. Even checked the garbage disposal just to be sure no other problems would pop up in the near future. Now I know it sounds like a lot of work, plus they came out the day after thanksgiving.....but surprisingly the repair for everything was way less than I imagined it would be. It's really hard to find good repair services now-a-days so I consulted yelp and I am so glad I did verses looking up some random plumbing service in the yellow pages. They get two thumbs up from me!

somewhere beyond excellent was our experience with four star. our water heat needed replacement. with 2 hours of our call, we had a service person arrive on schedule with the heater. the tech was amazing. quick, efficient and neat. from start to finish, all went well. the cost came in well below what i thought. they are honorable, efficient and competitive. these guys are the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Service and reasonable rates. Better than major chains. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. They are the best plumbers in Fort Lauderdale area.
