4Star Plumbing Specialist Alex Alverez did an amazing job with replacing my old faucet that I could not remove, hence calling 4Star. Alex installed the new faucet even better that when we had the original installed with the bathroom...Alex Alvarez was A+ for his professional demeanor. I found them to be a little pricier than some other plumbing services, but you never know what you may get. Peace of mind and you know you have no fear of a dodgy job and a good guarantee. Would recommend to anyone.

It's not often that you get lucky with a company who's not trying to rip you off. 4 Star was prompt, professional and courteous. The technician (believe his name was Justin) knew his stuff and didn't try to make a buck on of us by selling us something we didn't need. Will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs.

I called 4 Star because I had a leak inside my wall in my downstairs bathroom. The were able to have someone out to my house right away. Justin came and he was very kind, personable, and upfront with the pricing. He found the leak quickly, and repaired it almost as fast. He left me with helpful advice and recommendations for help with the water damage. I was incredibly stressed about this, as I imagine most homeowners are when something similar happens. I greatly appreciate how well and how quickly my leak was handled, and I will definitely call on 4 Star/Justin in the future for (god forbid) any additional plumbing needs.

After several attempts to fix my old hot water heater, I finally decided it was time to buy a new one. I was very impressed with Alex. He's a friendly guy who is helpful and patient. I have a 3 story townhouse and would always run out of hot water before I could fill my garden tub in my master bathroom. Thanks to Alex's suggestion of installing a booster on my new hot water heater, I can finally fill my tub completely with hot water. Not only will I call 4 Star Plumbing in the future but I will only ask for Alex.

Called on Thursday morning to install 2 bathroom faucets. Confirmed Friday appointment between 8am-9am. Friday 9am no one arrives. I call 4 Star and was advised plumber was called somewhere else and would arrive in 30 minutes. At 945am the plumber arrived, looked at 2 standard single pole bathroom faucets and advised me he would charge $365 per faucet to install. WHAT!!! $730 to install 2 faucets to a sink. CRAZY. I was told """"he"""" charges flat rate not by the hour. 4 Star was a BIG MISTAKE.

I just had their service, I think it's over priced, they just installed a new disposer,it cost me about400 dollars. My issue is leaking disposer and incorrectly installed waiter pipes, the technician told me it would cost 290 without replace a new disposer, and 387 to reply a new disposer,in that case,I thought it would be better to replace my disposer, and repair the pipe for me. But on the end they just did replacement for my garbage disposer and glued pipes where is losses. Is that means I just spend 200 for replace a disposer and another 200 for glue a pipe ???

Upon calling they were able to show up at 9a the next day. Dovi showed up early (when does that ever happen) and fixed the problem the same day. Was very nice, informative and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Justin from 4 Star Plumbing did a great job of fixing our toilet. The only hitch was the fact that we had asked the company's receptionist (Patience) to put Justin in touch with Alex who had previously looked at the toilet when he was in our home for a different repair. This did not happen, and Justin was not sure he had the proper parts on his truck. As it turned out, he found parts that got the job done. But, we were disappointed that our effort to help things go smoothly were unsuccessful. Overall, though, the job was completed well, and we are happy with the result.
