4 star plumbing provided 5+ star service. I called them out amidst a plumbing crisis at my house. I first needed an estimate to replace a shutoff valve, however the project quickly turned into a desperate request to help fix an inside leak issue in which a previous plumbing company left us with no water and no working bathrooms. After several days of troubleshooting and some creative problem solving, Ryan and his coworkers were able to isolate the leak, make the repairs and get us back on line. I'm very appreciative of, and impressed by both their professionalism and drive. Communication with the office was also top notch. I highly recommend 4 Star Plumbing.

We had a seriously clogged toilet that needed immediate attention. I checked in with multiple plumbers on Yelp, but all were busy. I finally came across 4 Star Plumbing and they luckily had availability. The plumber they sent was running late so our scheduled time got pushed back significantly. Once he arrived though, the repair went exceedingly well. He was great, very helpful and efficient. He was upfront about the scope of work and communicative about the details as the job unfolded. The price was a little higher than I expected, but in the ballpark of what I've paid for similar jobs in the past. Overall, I would recommend 4 Star Plumbing for any plumbing repairs. They did a pretty good job.

Had a major sewer back up every water drain in my house (having a small party with around 10 people) I'm in a panic , my house is only 15 years old so it was very unlikely this would happen especially since only 2 people live here , so my niece is here and she's a teacher and works with a girl whose husband is a plumber, he wasn't working that evening but I called the company, ok it'll be about an hour, I'm ok with that sooo they send Dave Conway , I will now refer to as my angel he worked on my line for nearly 3 hours and cleared everything but also told me I had roots in my line , not good, he suggested they put a camera in it to see where the break is but not till the next week, ok, but I have a friend that's a plumber so I had called first but never heard back from, so to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off I called him (ok not a friend more an a fried of a friend) needless to say he ran the camera charged me twice what 4 star charged and told me the same thing but he wasn't interested in doing it and I should call the city it might be their problem, ok the city came out not there fault so back to 4 star, they actually put the camera in for zero dollars and as of today replaced the pipe and fixed it (Dave Conway) so polite and caring , they spent all day here working , replaced a lot of pipe. They are my go to plumbing co. Thank you 4 Star and Dave Conway the Best ever

They came gave an estimate and set a time to do the work. They were very professional and most of all polite. The work took longer than expected and was more complicated than we thought but the price didn't change. It was done very professionally and looks and works great. Thanks to my neighbor for the tip.

I contacted 4-Star on the weekend for a leak in my water heater. It wasn't an emergency but communication was prompt and professional. They came out and fixed it, and I couldn't be happier with their level of service. Would recommend these guys to anybody in South Florida!

THANK YOU 4 Star Plumbing. I called yesterday to see if they could come out and fix our kitchen sink issues. Sean told us he could come out same day but would charge an extra $150 (or $125...can't remember) fee for the same day service. I was already impressed that he told me right off the bat that there was this charge. I have dealt with previous plumbing companies that just did not disclose it until they arrived, or that had to be asked in order to divulge the information. We ended up having them call us for a time frame the next morning. Carmen called me in the morning and scheduled Eddie to come out. He came out on time, was super professional, friendly, and honest, and very efficient. He snaked the pipes for $262 and fixed our leaky pipes for $65. He also honored the 10% coupon for mentioning yelp, which is a deal they have going on right now. For under $300 I had my issues fixed and I never have to deal with it again. Hassle free, mess free. Love it. Thank you so much, 4 Star, for sending out Eddie on such short notice and for excellent service. Will definitely use them again (hopefully won't have to, though!!!) :)

I received a courtesy call in the morning saying they were on the way. My technician, Alex, arrived promptly, and provided competent, meticulous, and courteous service for a reasonable price. Great customer service and immediate call back on Sunday. They sent David out early on Monday (a holiday!) and not only fix multiple issues in our condo, but quickly diagnosed a below ground pipe leak outside the condo building. We were so impressed, we requested him to come back and repair that issue...amazingly, this did happen the very next morning. All this work was done expediently, and at a fair price.
