These guys are prompt, thorough, and affordable! I had a horrible problem going on in our kitchen where we couldn't use the dishwasher or the sink without water coming out from under our kitchen cabinets. It was a nightmare and I was mentally preparing myself for a very costly repair. The plumber came out when he said he would and fixed our problems. He fixed our problematic valve and even checked the other side of our sink ( we have a double sided sink), and replaced the strainer which apparently wasn't put in correctly in the first place. Even checked the garbage disposal just to be sure no other problems would pop up in the near future. Now I know it sounds like a lot of work, plus they came out the day after thanksgiving.....but surprisingly the repair for everything was way less than I imagined it would be. It's really hard to find good repair services now-a-days so I consulted yelp and I am so glad I did verses looking up some random plumbing service in the yellow pages. They get two thumbs up from me!

somewhere beyond excellent was our experience with four star. our water heat needed replacement. with 2 hours of our call, we had a service person arrive on schedule with the heater. the tech was amazing. quick, efficient and neat. from start to finish, all went well. the cost came in well below what i thought. they are honorable, efficient and competitive. these guys are the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I contracted 4 Star to repair my shower faucet diverter as it was leaking. The 1st plumper shows up and after checking out the faucet, he asked if I knew the manufacture of the faucet as it wasn't labeled. Well it is a few years old and I didn't remember so he said he had an option, he could go back to the office and try to match it or he could try to fix it down at his truck, which was cheaper. I took the chance and had him fix it at this truck. He repaired it and left. Then we tried it .. didn't work. You could only turn the handle maybe an 1/8 turn to divert the water and it leaked even worse. We called back, they sent another plumper who took the stem back to the office, came back and now it works. All of this cost me over $300.00. I could have had a whole new faucet for that price and it was only a stem. Next time I will ask for an estimate even before they show up .... better yet, Find another plumber who backs up a repair at no charge if it is not done right the first time.

They sent someone out within a few hours to repair our toilet. It wasn't cheap, but the technician did a good job and was very professional. Their work has a one year warranty. I'd recommend them.

Excellent service. Had a problem with our toilet... called in the morning, had an appointment set for the afternoon. Someone else cancelled, so they called me and moved the appointment up a few hours. Had everything fixed and handled in less than 3 hours from when I made the call. I came across them from Yelp.. and I was not disappointed.

I had a great experience with this company. I needed a plumber to help repair a shower head and faucet. I was able to get a next day appointment for the time slot 10-1. The plumber called me at 9:30 to tell me he was in his way. He got there at exactly 10 am. Very professional and clean. He explained everything and prices were reasonable. Will do business with them again.

Great customer service and immediate call back on Sunday. They sent David out early on Monday (a holiday!) and not only fix multiple issues in our condo, but quickly diagnosed a below ground pipe leak outside the condo building. We were so impressed, we requested him to come back and repair that issue...amazingly, this did happen the very next morning. All this work was done expediently, and at a fair price. I was doing the laundry on Saturday morning when all the sudden water started spraying all over the place! The drain was clogged and the nasty water from the kitchen sink was all over the dang place! It went in my face and everything! Then I went in the kitchen and the water was all over the place in there too! It figures I had to be at the airport within the hour to pick up out of town guests. Being new to this area I came on yelp and tried to find a good plumbing service. I've read quite a few horror stories and didnt want to fall victim. When I called on Friday they said they could have had someone out to me right away within a few hours. I wasnt sure how my fiance wanted me to pay so I declined until I talked to him. ( I probably should have figured it out first before calling right? LOL) Sunday my fiance called and gave them the billing info and gentleman asked if they could come out then...YES ON A SUNDAY!! :) ) Unfortunately for me I wasnt home because I was out showing my out of town guests around town. Monday morning I called as soon as I dropped my guests off in the morning at the airport. 4 Star Plumbing said they could have a tech out to me within the hour!!! So of course I said YES. The Tech: (Shawn D.) He was very nice. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. I ended up needing to get a new garbage disposal put in and the drain snaked. He spent quite a bit of time up there on the roof snaking the drain. And when he came inside he wasnt mad or mean or anything. He had a smile on his face the whole time. My 2 year old son was running around the whole time and that didnt bother him at all. He was talking to him and very patient. I was very happy to know that they warranty their work (snaking the drank in the kitchen) for 30 days. So thats great to know if I have the same problem it will be taken care of. I think my only complaint would be the charges. I've never had to call a plumber but to fix my problem was $682.00 to snake the drain and put in a new disposal. It seemed kind of pricey. But I don't know I was happy with the service and the nice tech so the price might be good. Plus he didnt come and tell me that we had more problems and add on more $$$. I knew the cost before he ever did anything so I could have called around or said no. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. I think they are nice and it seems like they know what they are doing. And the fact that they came right out on a weekend.
