I have learned that Plumbing is not cheap, so might as well have someone do it right. I just moved into my new house and needed to get several items fixed to satisfy my Home Insurance, so I took to Yelp to look for a Plumbing service and called 4 Star Plumbing Services based on the great reviews. Not only was the technician on time but he did a very thorough job, the Main shut off valve was leaking, and the technician changed all the fittings and pipes and replaced the entire set up. It wasn't cheap but again Plumbing services are not and I feel that 4 Star is very competitive, and I liked that the issue was replaced and not just patched up. Fast forward to this weekend, I was having a small bbq at my house and the toilets started backing up, and water started to come up in the bath and showers, we tried to fix it ourselves but it became obvious that it needed professional attention, so I called 4 star and was told a Technician would be at my place within an Hour, this was SUNDAY and considered an Emergency since I needed to get someone out right away so there is a flat fee of $125 just to get someone out but let me tell you, when your bathrooms are flooding this quick service is very handy, the technician was at my place as promised within the hour and fixed the issue. I have been dealing with many different home service companies since buying my new house, and I am very impressed with 4 Star's service and timeliness, they show up when they say they will and do the work, that's more than I can say for most of the other companies I have been dealing with. Mention that you found them on Yelp and get 10% off your service.

I would highly recommend this company, they did not charge to come out- fixed my issue (my spa wasn't working- it was because the gfi button needed to be pressed on the outlet) Christian did it without charging me! This was after at least 4 companies either did not return my call, tell me I would be charged anywhere from $75-155.00 just for coming to my house! I will not even bother trying any other plumber in the future if 4 star is available. They should have named the company 5 star.

I had an excellent experience with this company a month ago for a toilet issue. Today I had a lot of water near my hot water heater. 4 star sent technician Bob over. He arrived right on time. Right away he advised me that the water was not coming from my water heater, but from my A/C drain line. Even though this was an A/C issue and not a plumbing issue he said he would do his best to help me. He cleared the line and as if right now the problem is fixed. I can't thank him enough. This is an honest company. They answer the phones right away, keep in constant communication, and are on time. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you Bob and thank you 4Star Plumbing.

4 Star Plumbing is always very helpful, our company has used them a few times. Our recent technician Bob S. replaced a water heater for us. He was very punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend, we will definitely be using their services again.

Thank you, Chris! 4Star was easy to reach, super responsive and reasonably priced. Our plumber, Chris, knew his stuff, and was able to diagnose an additional leak while replacing an old worn out hot water heater. I'll definitely be using 4Star again.

My personal experience with 4 Star Plumbing is positive. Recently, I had 2 separate issues. I found that Patience and Carmen in the office were extremely polite and courteous. Service tech Eddie S. was dispatched to address the problems. Eddie is knowledgeable, professional and on time. A definite asset to their operation. Eddie's assistant, Carlos, also scores high marks. Bottom line: 4 Star is my go to company for any future plumbing service.

Christian with 4 Star Plumbing was amazing! While I am used to most companies giving you a time range and then showing up even later, Christian was on time, polite and professional. 4Star Plumbing Specialist Alex Alverez did an amazing job with replacing my old faucet that I could not remove, hence calling 4Star. Alex installed the new faucet even better that when we had the original installed with the bathroom...Alex Alvarez was A+ for his professional demeanor. I found them to be a little pricier than some other plumbing services, but you never know what you may get. Peace of mind and you know you have no fear of a dodgy job and a good guarantee. Would recommend to anyone.

No response by this company even though I used them prior. I have contacted them 2x without a call back. I used them a few yrs ago and they were excellent
