Klint arrived at the scheduled time, came in and assessed my situation. I'd called regarding a trap under my kitchen sink that was jury-rigged together but now leaking. Klint looked at what was there, noticed a couple of corroded pipes as well, recommended fixing them, too, because they would eventually cause problems. He gave me several options, from just fixing the trap that I'd called about to doing the other preventive maintenance. Fortunately, I was able to afford the more expensive work, and he did it all. When he was done, I talked to him about another problem. He came with me to the basement to take a look and we discovered a leaking pipe, evidence of further corrosion. In the end, Klint explained how my pipes in the whole house were post-war, sub-par galvanized pipes that were not only rusting from the outside, they were accumulating crud on the inside, restricting water flow throughout the whole house and the best solution was to re-pipe the whole house. OUCH! Well, it was something that would eventually have to be done, and by scheduling the work within 30 days, the cost of the current repair could be counted toward the whole cost of re-piping. BAD news, softened a bit by making my repair work the partial down payment on the whole project, which would cost $7,000. I HATE IT when this happens, don't you? Anyway, Klint was very professional, not forcing me to accept his diagnosis, but laying out the facts where I could make an informed decision about what to do. Since the work would have to be done someday, I decided that it was better to get it done ASAP. I had to make arrangements to pay for it (I didn't have 7 grand in my wallet) but was able to do so, and we got the job put on the calendar. Whew!

I was referred to 3 Mountains Plumbing by a friend and they were as good as promised. Klint visited to fix a clogged bathtub drain. Because of the age of my house, he needed to replace a pipe, but after he walked me through the issues of the pipe configuration I felt comfortable with his recommendation. They provide the price up front (based on an average time that it takes to complete the work), so you don't need to worry as time ticks away and you're billed by the hour. They were exceptionally professional through the entire process, from the initial phone call to schedule the appointment through the repair.

If I ever have other plumbing issues, I will call them and will most certainly recommend to a friend.

3 Mountains sent Klint to our house to fix a clogged drain. The person who answered the phone when I called to set up an appointment was very pleasant and got me an appointment within 48 hours. Klint arrived right on time, fixed the problem in under and hour, and was clear about what he was doing and how much it would cost. I always appreciate when maintenance pros wear those little booties in your house too, so as not to track in dirt. Professional and pleasant, would recommend!

On another note, their website is well designed and easy to navigate, which I think counts for something as well!

3 Mt. Plumbing came to the rescue in short notice and fixed one of our toilets here at the restaurant. They gave us options on how to fix the problem and with in the hour it was fixed before we opened. Klint was very professional and Id recommend this company to a friend, definitely.

Predatory practices - called to get a kitchen faucet replaced, simple job should take no more than an hour at the most. Was quoted $376.... RIDICULOUS. Had to pay the guy the $59 dispatch charge to leave my house. Needless to say what a joke. Buyer beware.

We came home from vacation to a flooded crawl space. Klint was at our house within thirty minutes of my call. Our sump pump had gone out and our storm drains were clogged, causing water to overflow into our crawl space. Klint replaced the pump and the following week we had an independent contractor inspect our support beams for the house and he complimented the plumbing work completed. Bryan also assisted and came by during normal business hours to unclog our storm drain. Both were very friendly and professional and I will definitely use 3 Mountains Plumbing again.

3 Mountains replaced my water heater a few years ago and they removed the old one... all of it... including the bits and pieces that got into the pipes and went all through the system. My new heater -- now about three years old -- works extremely well. It's nice to have plenty of reliable hot water.

Just the other day, 3 Mountains replaced all three outside hose bibs. The back one was broken; it was a cheap, builder-grade thing and no repair parts could be obtained, so it had to be replaced. The front one was leaking a bit and obviously on the way out too. And the side one, while working fine, was the same make/model as the other two and so I decided to replace it prophetically. The plumber also found it good to replaced the small pipes that connect the bibs to main plumbing; these short pipes were cast iron and corroding away, a problem in the making. My new bibs work smoothly and quite well. The outside water pressure is definitely higher now.

The plumber made a point of asking if I had a ""meter key,"" the tool necessary to turn off my water at the meter. When he found out that I did not, he insisted on gifting me with one and showing me how to use it so that, in the event of an emergency, I can turn off my water quickly.

3 Mountains Plumbing is not necessarily the cheapest. But, in both cases, they got me on the schedule promptly, came exactly on-time, and got the work done quickly using premium materials. Their plumbers are meticulously clean insisting on leaving the job site cleaner that they found it. They know what they're doing. They have all the best tools. And they work fast.

I know who I will call for any future plumbing needs: 3 Mountains.

These guys are absolutely great!

The honest approach throughout the conversation and after the work was completed made things very comfortable. We have used them for both regular service calls and a small bathroom remodel and the work was fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, open with their communication, fair on their pricing and do very good work.

What made us feel great about this business is that the owner clearly cared about our experience as customers and that the work was done well, in a timely manner and at a fair price.

These guys are the real deal. I would trust these guys with any and all plumbing needs. They have serviced a few rentals that i own. From the time you call and talk with the friendly secretary until the follow up call from the technician...these guys are on top of it. They are honest, priced fair and have great customer service.

One other bonus...they do not charge ""emergency"" fees when you are in a pinch. I would highly recommend 3 Mountains to anyone interested in honest/cost effective plumbing service and repair
