Called for a clogged toilet. Whoever answered the phone asked a bunch of question to try and pinpoint the problem - whether it was the toilet or potentially further down the pipes. I called at 4pm and he said he could come by between 6-7pm. I didn't end up going with 24hr drain pro because the water started to slowly drain so I wanted to wait overnight and try a few more plunges but this guy is super responsive, seems very honest, and gave me a reasonable quote. It's not like calling into the call centers and booking an appointment just for an estimate like other companies. If I ever have any issues going forward I'm calling here first.

I had just moved into a new spot and less then 2 weeks in some backed up sewer water started to seep up into my bathtubs. I called Steve and he showed up within an hour and a half and began to diagnose the problem. I live in a condominium so he had to survey the building to figure out the best approach. He was transparent and explained his process and told me what he was looking for. When the time came to take action he told me what the price would be to fix the mainline drain clog (he said $650, the other quote I got was $1500 minimum) and said he wouldn't charge me at all if he couldn't fix it.

He fixed it within 25 mins, wrote up an invoice that I could forward to the property manager and cleaned up after himself.

This guy is gonna be the first one I call if I ever have another plumbing issue.

We hired Steve twice last 2 years to fix the clogs in our kitchen and bathroom drain. We called after hour and he is responsive. He is professional and fixed the issue quickly.

We had a backed up drain in our shower and toilets. After waiting all day for our home warranty vendor to call, we gave up and called Steve. At this point it was after hours so there was a bit of a premium.

He said he'd be here in 15 minutes, but he arrived within 10! Super fast.

He explained what the problem was and after 30 minutes of snaking the clean out, we were up and running. I asked him if I needed to replace the connection since this happened before and there was a strange bend in the pipe. Although he said we should, he told us to check with the city first as they were already doing sewer work on our street. He thought they would replace it for us so no need for him to do it. I confirmed with the workers the next day and this saved us some money.

I thought Steve was honest and quick and also willing to explain the problem. A bit expensive as others have stated, but his work came with a 30-day warranty which other plumbers don't offer.

I'd hire Steve again!

$400 for a simple cable drain cleaning which took about 30min. Later I got several more cable cleaning quotes ranged from 80 to 200 same day. Anyways my problem solved so I'm happy, but I'd try another business if having the same issue next time.

Fair, fast, and reliable. We had something fall in the toilet as it was flushing and we needed to check that it wasn't clogged. Since it's our only toilet, we needed help right away. Steve came very quickly (about 1 hour) and thoroughly checked our toilet and indoor pipe and confirmed that they were clean. He also showed us the outdoor pipe to prove that wasn't blocked either, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Would recommend!
