We had an emergency service on a Sunday afternoon, and based on the reviews here, called Steve. He arrived an hour later and spent over an hour working on a crazy clog in a shower drain. He got everything working and back where it should be again -- no stress or fuss. Definitely worth a call if you have an emergency plumbing problem!

Steve came out on extremely short notice Saturday night. Main sewer line was clogged and backing up into the shower. He fixed what another plumber did not. He was very thorough and made sure the drain was clear before he left. I'm so happy to have found Steve and him being on call. Price quote over the phone based on the problem and final price after his evaluation. Unexpected sewer backup on a Saturday afternoon had me scouring Yelp for an emergency service. I called and was told he could be there in 30 minutes. In about 15 minutes he showed up, assessed the situation, and promptly rooted our pipes to remove the blockage.

In less than an hour of making my call, our service was complete and I could continue on with my day! Fast, friendly and prompt service.

I had an emergency on Saturday night and I had to cut the water for the whole house. I couldn't wait until Monday without water at all. I called 24hr Drain Pro Plumbing and the plumber came same day. The breakage wasn't easily accessible, so once he was there, he didn't just repair a broken piece of pipe, he also replaced the other pipe that was very rusty too to avoid the same problem in the near future. The service is pretty expensive, but I won't have the same problem again so it's worth the money. Thank you for saving my weekend!

We had a total plumbing emergency tonight! We were getting the run around with Roto-Rooter so we elected to call Steve at 24Hour Drain Pro Plumbing. He answered right away and asked us a few questions. He told us he would come to our house in 30 minutes. He actually arrived in 15 minutes, took about 45 min to fix the problem! He was friendly, efficient, awesome!! We are SO happy that he helped us with our plumbing emergency!

I tried to fix our master bedroom's toilet by replacing the ballcock Thursday around 9pm. Bad idea, should have listened to the wife. After getting all the parts installed, the valve to the water wasn't responding too well and kept leaking even though the release valve was shut off. Long story short, it leaked down to the ceiling. Steve picked up our call at 5am and got to repairing the situation at around 6:30 and completed the job within an hour.

He is very knowledgable and is able to get to you quick, which in a plumbing emergency situation is very nice.

On a Saturday night when we had our tub faucet leaking, I called a few plumbers before calling Steve, and many of them either couldn't come, didn't answer/return my call, or wouldn't even recommend a colleague for an emergency situation!

Luckily I found Steve on Yelp and he came very quick. He diagnosed the issue and attempted to resolve it, charging basically only a service call since he would have to return on Monday. On Monday he called earlier than I expected him to and came over very quick. Unfortunately he was not able to solve the issue without major reconstruction, at which point I asked him to stop so I could call my contractor first.

He was very easy to work with, communicated well, and will be on our very short list of trusted and available home improvement go-to's.
