So, I just saw a message from 4 months ago in my inbox from the manager of 24hr Drain. It is a pretty long message that in short doesn't take any accountability and tries to play it off as a misunderstanding. At the end he even asked me why I called back the second time if I was unhappy the first like it's my fault. Seriously...?! He goes to great lengths explaining how they would starve to death if they charged the price that I got the work done for -- like the work was done by some unlicensed plumber (and he would know because he worked at many competitors). First, this company was not even honest about the work and time required to fix the problem. The work was completed in less than an hour for BOTH jobs -- in fact the job that Mr. Kim was extremely laborious and would require several hours was done in 10 minutes. In no world does even an hour of plumbing labor cost $600. The only people starving are the people you are robbing blind. Oh and btw, the ""unlicensed"" unqualified plumber I got for the job is The Drain King. I'm sure this guy knows who they are.

I hope this review steers people away from a business that is consistently dishonest, unethical and manipulative. In addition to that they take no accountability for their actions. Do you want to hire people who aren't accountable and don't take responsibility for anything? Trust is paramount in repair work; developing a relationship with the wrong people can be catastrophic in the long run.

I needed a plumber to come at night. Mr. Kim came within 45 minutes, arriving at 9pm. He was extremely nice and polite and spend well over an hour clearing a backed-up sewer pipe. He is definitely one to call if you have an after-hours plumbing emergency!

On 1/2/2016 at 10:00 pm (a Saturday, holiday weekend) we were unable to use our toilets or run water in the sink because sewage would back up into our bath tubs. I called 6 different plumbing services that claimed to be 24 hour. 24hr Drain Pro Plumbing was the only one who called me back. He contacted me at 8:15 am on 1/3/2016 (Sunday) and said he would be there in 45 minutes. He arrived promptly at 9 am. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to fix the issue in 2 hours (there were a few unforeseen complications due to the nature of the house's plumbing). The cost was reasonable, especially for a Sunday on a holiday weekend. I will contact them again for any future plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome! I noticed that I had two (maybe three) leaking shutoff valves under various bathroom sinks as well as a leak in a shower valve. I called them at 9:30am on a Saturday morning, got voicemail, and got a call back about 5 minutes later. They gave me a window of noon-1pm. At 12:20 Tony drove up. He looked at my shower valve and told me it would be too hard to fix (requiring destruction of a wall) and it wasn't hurting anything, so just leave it. We decided it would be smartest to replace all four bathroom valves, since the fourth was likely to fail soon as well. Tony didn't have that many valves with him, so he drove to the store to buy parts (no charge for this time). Total charge for time and materials was $400, which I thought was very reasonable. On his way out, I mentioned that I had a slowly draining sink as well. Even though he had many other appointments to get to, he stayed around to fix my drain, which required multiple attempts with a snake cable. This cost another $120. Total cost to fix everything in two hours on a Saturday afternoon: $520. Tony was also very polite and neat, insisting on wearing booties in the house. I will gladly use them again.

Zero star!

He pulled up the toilet to check for a leak and did not properly seal the toilet. Didn't fix the leak. Toilet was moving around. Still charged us $195. We had to call another Plummer who did a great job fixing his mistake.

Awesome service! I had called two plumbers and didn't even get a return call - this company sent two men out immediately, went under the house to diagnose the problem, (a leaky toilet with water ending up under our bedroom rug) and fixed it on the spot for a reasonable price. Hire this company for your plumbing needs - 24 Hour Drain will be on top of my list for plumbing repairs moving forward! Thanks, Gentlemen!

The day before we put our house on the market, the plumbing backed up from all the crap the painters and house cleaners were putting down the drain. We called 24hr Drain Pro and they came out within a couple hours and worked hard to fix the mess. Unfortunately the problem was not within the house plumbing but that special area between the city drain and the house which they couldn't clear out. Regardless, they worked hard to fix the issue and replaced the wax seal on a toilet that was affected in the backup. Great guys - fast response. Exactly what you need when plumbing is being difficult.
