Larry is a knowledgeable, friendly, all-around awesome plumber.

I called him this morning for an emergency repair when the water line to my fridge sprang a leak. He gave me great advice on the phone, and then came by in person within 20 minutes to help me figure out and fix the issue.

In short, Larry is an awesome plumber. I can't say enough.

We moved into a new house to find a very loud ticking sound in our master bedroom wall. The first contractor that came explained how until one opens the wall, you won't know for sure what's causing the problem.

Larry came over to assess the situation and spent the better part of an hour examining the pipes from the garage, etc. and was very careful about pinpointing the source of the sound: the flue from the hot water heater. This work was no charge to us as it was part of his estimating the job.

Fixing the problem involved cutting open our bedroom wall (all contractors agreed on this). However, Larry made a very precise cut that opened the smallest section of wall possible (1.5' x 1.5') with great care.

He not only fixed the problem, he carefully replaced sheet rock, and he very carefully explained the problem and his fix. The contractor who came to repair the wall commented on the quality of Larry's patch and how easy it had made his job.

Larry's quality of work was excellent. I would trust no one else to do any future plumbing and heating work.

Update: A few weeks after this experience, we recommended him to a co-worker that needed to fix a vintage 1953 toilet. She reported that Larry was great: thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. He had all the parts with him that were needed for replacement. He also took care of several other little things that needed fixing in the bathroom. Even her grumpy little kitty fell in love with him right away.

Larry fit me into his schedule after I called a company Discount Plumbing Rooter. The first company came by and gave me an estimate for 655.00 with a 65 dollar discount. This seemed outrageous to replace a thermocoupler. Larry charged me 2/3rd less and was honest and helpful and fixed a drippy faucet on his way out. He must be the last honest plumber in the city....everyone else thought we were tech suckers and could over charge us I suppose. Thanks Larry!

Larry is a GREAT plumber. He's conscientious and extremely competent. I've had to call him for both heating and plumbing issues and every time's he's been GREAT. Doesn't inflate the issue, is more than reasonably priced (could raise his rates) and I trust his judgement. He's not over selling or over fixing things to inflate the bill. I'll call this guy for both advise as well as actual work. I just hope he doesn't get too popular and become difficult to schedule!

He was great. Squeezed me in to be the first appt of the day, reset my heater, and made sure everything was working properly. It was super cold and I had no heat. Got everything back in working order within 15 minutes. Now planning to have him come back and do a bunch of small, not urgent plumbing jobs. Honest, very knowledgable, and very reasonable prices.

Larry does solid work, he's an honest guy, and he is very competitively priced based on two other 4-5-star places on Yelp I called.

I had Larry replace the gas valve on my in-wall furnace. Took about 1.5hrs. He did a great job, tied in the thermostat wire to preserve the safety shutoff.

Talking with Larry may require some patience. He's got a lot of experience and likes to make sure you've considered all the ins and outs before you make a decision. In my experience, it was well worth it in the end.

Larry has been out to my house a few times. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He was recommended to me by a plumbing supply warehouse. He is excellent for emergencies or routine jobs. Wish I would have known about him sooner.
