Larry has been to our condo twice for different issues. Plumbing and a broken heater. Both times he came quickly and once on a Sunday. He's honest, straightforward, and friendly. Seems like a neighborly handyman. He didn't even charge us on one of the visits. The other cost was minimal. He knows how to fix a variety of things. And he will talk to you about what is wrong. I'm neither mechanical nor technical so I appreciate the info. Made me feel like I'm not getting taken. Thanks Larry. You're the best. Appreciate the customer friendly service.

I woke up this morning to a stream of water flowing out of my garage as a result of a broken water heater. I found Larry on Yelp, gave him a call and he made it out to my house within about an hour. After explaining all of my options in detail, Larry installed a new water heater that same day. I give Larry my highest recommendation!

I called a few places to get someone to come over and fix a slow leak from a toilet tank. Larry came right over and gave a quick estimate for the work, picked up a specialty part to repair a vintage toilet, and had the problem fixed the next day.
