Our water heater needed a replacement after 10 years of use so we sent out request for quotes. The owner, Michael, provide an excellent quote that was $450 below several other companies. The company sent a tech, Marc DeLio who did an excellent job, provided additional information to care for product, was helpful in explaining the warranties and an overall great guy.

I had the privilege of meeting David Diaz due to water overflowing into my kitchen. David was an absolute delight and will be welcome in my home any time. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. He arrived with all the right tools to do the job properly, including a 65-foot snake, and his work was excellent. I am now confident that my drain is clear which gives me peace of mind. He left my kitchen as clean as it was when he arrived and even gave me tips on how to maintain my drain and prevent future clogs. DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES!! Something has changed within the last few years with this company. We used their services many years ago to replace several toilets, install a faucet and another type of drain and then the prices were reasonable. On 8/12/2022 we called to have 3 toilet fill valves replaced which cost $20.00 each at Lowes. They charged us $125.00 per valve after taking an hour to go and purchase the valves and 30 minutes to install them the total price we paid for the above was $353.00 NEVER AGAIN!! I am most certain their positive reviews are paid and not authentic but this one is, they have no loyality to return customers and will take you for a ride.

My supply line to my water heater went out and started leaking pretty bad at night. I haven't dealt with a water heater issue before but the on-call mechanic, Ryan gave me great tips to mitigate the issue by turning off the water supply valve.

Next morning, as promised by Ryan, the office called and Javier who was in the city nearby show up for a free estimate. Javier was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. He also gave great tips for me on how to maintain and troubleshoot next time.
