Tonight, I had a house full of family and guests when all of the toilets and showers backed up at 9:43 pm on a Wednesday night! Two of my guests were flying out of the country early in the morning. So, waiting until tomorrow to call a plumber was not an option. 24-hour Express Services was the first to answer my call with a human being. I described my problem and was told to await a call from one of their technicians. 5 minutes later I got a call from their Technician Marc D. 10 minutes later Marc was at my house working towards solving the problem with the main drain line of my home. The time from my phone call to Marc clearing the clog that caused the problem was exactly 70 minutes! Every person I dealt with from 24 Hour Express Services was professional, courteous, and informative. Marc was the man of the day. Strongly recommend 24 Hour Express Services.

Called out 24 Hour Express Plumbing on a Monday to replumb 2 sink drains in a new vanity as part of a remodel project. They had Brandon out the next morning and he completed the work within a couple hours.

One thing I really appreciated about Brandon was his application of critical thought to the the project, which was a little complicated. He was thorough and talked to me at length about the plan, giving me a very fair estimate for the work before proceeding.

I hired this company to install a new toilet and after checking with other companies I felt this company offered the best price. I could have just hired a handyman man to do the job but I had other issues I felt a plumber would do the best job.

Brandon came out at almost 11pm at night on 3/24/24 and helped to unclog our toilet that just didn't flush and had no blockage but was trying to overflow. We were so worried we wouldn't be able to use the bathroom until the next day during our apartment's ""business hours"". Because emergencies only happen during business hours, right?! Anyway back to Brandon, he went above and beyond! He came and unclogged the toilet quickly and my mother was thanking him and letting him know how much she appreciated him coming out so late because she is terminally ill and needs a bathroom. We live in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Brandon was so kind he made sure to advocate for us to get a new toilet that we've been begging the apartment complex for months now and now we have one, all thanks to Brandon. I appreciate people that care about what they do and care for people. Some people may feel like it wasn't a huge deal but after dealing with so much it was the best blessing we could have received. We've always had good service from 24 Hour. I work in the office of a mobile home park and yesterday Jonathan was out to help us. We really appreciate how he explained the issues so clearly. He was so customer service focused and was obviously very skilled and experienced at his job. With this kind of service it makes having to call a plumber not quite so painful.

24 hour service indeed! Provided a fast same day diagnosis for my broken water heater and installation the very next day at a fair price. Michael did a thorough job explaining to me over the phone what to expect prior to the appointment. Gregg the technician took his time diagnosing the problem and providing knowledgeable and friendly service, and he even came back on his day off to finish the job.

This company is AWESOME !
We came home to a backed up kitchen sink. Yecchh !
We called and were scheduled by Ana within just minutes ( on a weekend). She worked with us and was even able to move our appointment time up later when they had a cancellation.
Our plumbing tech was Brandon. He arrived a few minutes before our updated appointment time, he was very professional, graciously answered all of our questions as he went through the process and cleared our clogged pipe quickly and efficiently. He did a great job of cleaning up as he was working and left the area he was working in just as clean as when he started.
I will hire this company for any plumbing repairs I need in the future !!
