Got a new AC put in at my apartment mark and Evan were super accommodating I was at work and my dog was home they made she she was secure and in my room while they worked and when I got home they were super chill and they did an amazing job I'd recommend them to everyone I told my complex the same ! I had a severe outside leak in my yard. The house water and yard water completely shut off from the street. Still continued to pool water. 15 five gallon Home Depot buckets later. I called a plumber. David Diaza went above and beyond. Arrived on a Sunday to give me a idea. First the plan was to blow out the pipe assuming it was clogged. He could not get through. Then he ran a camera up the main drain hole. And a water meter on the surface of the grass to find the problem. It was 2 feet down. He didn't charge me but for one thing. Totally honest and professional.

Had a clogged drain from hell that we had had another company try and fix and were unable to fix and charged me an arm and a leg ...friend recommended this company and they were bound and determined to figure out what was wrong with our kitchen sink! I ahve worked with 24 Hour Express for years and everyone there is fabulous from the office to the techs that come out. Crystal in the office is extremely helpful. Michael Brody is always on point and knows his stuff. We are a senior community and an older builder. We typically have leaks or something going on. Michael is able to figure out where the shut offs are to get the job done. Much appreciated!

David responded quickly, after hours on a Sunday night and had a faulty tub valve fixed in minutes, informed us of the price for after hours and if we wanted to wait until during business hours so we could make an informed decision, and then showed up quickly when we decided to go the after hours route, since we have 2 kids and didn't get a chance to have bath time prior to a failure.

Called them on a Saturday for my parents' house. They picked up the phone and she was very professional and friendly.We had a bad backup in all the bathrooms..water and you know what! They showed up quickly, and when they said they would be there. She gave me a quote over the phone, and that's exactly what it was. She stated if there were going to be any extra charges that they would tell us beforehand on what it is, they had to do and explain it to me.
I own a couple of homes, so..
