Amazing! After battling my home warranty with some plumbing issues and being scheduled 1 Star companies by them, I chose to go about hiring someone myself. Today, the day after Christmas, I decide to call 24 Hour Express Services. The sweet you g lady I talked to was so pleasant and informed me that she could get someone out immediately! The very nice gentleman arrived within 30 mins. He looked and listened to all of my worries. He was very professional and helpful, giving me some tips. They will definitely be my first call in the future! It's a breath of fresh air to know that there are great companies out there!

So you guys were a lifesaver! Special thanks to Matt who came out on Thanksgiving of all days!! Around 8 pm after taking a shower we realized the bathtub and toilet wouldn't drain in both bathrooms. After trying many plumbers, 24 Hour Express were the only ones available. Matt came out in the horrendous rain and tried a few things to fix our problem. He finally fixed a clog in our main pipe near the street. He was our Angel that night!! Thanks again and we will definitely use you guys again!!

Nate and Toby had to replace about 30 feet of piping buried between my home and the street today and a pressure regulator valve. They completed the entire job in less than a day. They were polite and courteous and took the time to explain everything during the process. This is the 2nd time my family has used this company and both experiences were top notch. On top of all this they also came in at under half of what the other plumbers quoted me for the job. I will be using this company for all further plumbing needs in the future.

Our technician Nate Nielson was very professional and did an amazing job for us. We had him replace our tankless water heater and even helped us find the right tank for our home and water usage. He was very pleasant and even came back to reset the maximum temperature for us with no questions asked. We would recommend him to any of our friends and family members!!

Sam came out to my home to check for a clogged dishwasher drain and he was so nice and very knowledgeable! I wasn't sure if my drainage problem was because my new dishwasher was installed wrong or I had drain clog, but he figured it out quickly! Thanks for a job well done, Sam! I will give you a call the next time something comes up!

Our water heater sprung a leak around noon today. Started calling plumbers to get it fixed or replaced. First plumber said not until sometime tomorrow. The second said not until Thursday ( 4 day wait) contacted 24 Hour Express about 2 pm. the repairman arrived at 3 pm. Checked out the heater and said it had to be replaced. He had to go pick up a replacement and was back in about 40 minutes. He removed to old unit and replaced the new unit. In no time at all he was completed and cleaned up the area he was working in. The repairman was Matthew Blom, a retired Navy Veteran. He could not have been more professional or friendlier. I hope 24 Hour Express realize what a terrific employee they have and hope their other repairmen are as great. I will continue to recommend the company and ask anyone reading this review ask for Matthew when you call. As a retired Army veteran I am always happy to see companies that give job to our vets and Matthew proves the point why I feel this way. Great job Matthew. I would have given more stars but was limited to 5.
