Absolutely fantastic service! I had an issue with my apartment management company not attending to a plumbing issue in my unit. This happened last night when water just starting bubbling up, filling my tub and toilet with disgusting water. With no answer from management for more than 15hrs for a emergency maintenance request; I decided to call a plumber. I read the reviews and I do not regret my decision. Alex answered my call and gave me an approximate time of an hour after explaining the issue the best I could. He arrived 30 minutes earlier than I expected which was great because I was panicking a bit. Right away he knew was was wrong and gave me a quote. After Alex checks the pipes he mentioned the issue was much bigger and would cost more than the original quote. This is phenomenal because I have had experience with other plumbers who proceed to do extra work and try charging you for a service you didn't approve. Lastly he sent a very detailed invoice which would help me perfectly to send to my management company and inform them it might be a re occurring issue if maintenance isn't done in a timely manner. Alex came over within an hour and fixed my broken shower cartridge. I spent hours trying to remove it and he did it in about 15 min. He was honest and a genuinely nice guy. I will definitely call him in the future for any of my plumbing issues in my other duplexes.

They are readily available... ACTUALLY show up on time.
Prices are more than fair and they tell it honestly.
Wether it's a clogged drain or a complete repiping.. there attention to service is above any other. I wished all contractors and tradespeople had the cleanliness and polite character as every person who works for this organization.
