Our sump pump began making terrible noises and the downstairs sink was backing up; it was clear something was broken, and it didn't seem like it could wait. I called 5 different plumbers (none of whom were available, despite claiming to have 24 hour availability) before reaching 24/7 Rooter Service. They were able to get a technician out first thing the next morning. They arrived right on time, with a team of 3 workers, who were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue (a clogged sewer line, resulting in a cracked pipe that needed to be replaced. Would highly recommend them for your urgent plumbing needs!

Man, Alex came out and saved my bacon. He left just 5 minutes ago after snaking/scoping/hydrojetting our plumbing.

We had a massive blockage in our drains at noon today, called our regular plumber who we like. They were too busy, so they subcontracted it out to some other guys who gave us a 4 hour window to show up (2:30-6:30). They took so long that I had to call Alex for an emergency visit. The other company showed up at 8:30pm, and I promptly told them to leave, because Alex was just a few minutes away. Just so unprofessional, and never even called us to update their time of arrival. By contrast, Alex and crew were prompt, fixed the problem and were a pleasure to work with.

Don't waste time on people who aren't good at their jobs, call these guys instead.

What can I NOT say?
Ok...we HAAAAAD a Smith AO water heater from Lowes purchased 2019. The gas valve went out in 20, $ twice in 2021.

Although we have the Warranty, we had to pay for labor.$$$$

The service was done by Picasso plumbing (they always come 4-5 days after the call), so I requested another plumbing service; Greenstar- HORRIBLE decision!

THEY made the appt. for Tues., 1/4/22, between 8-11. It was changed to 1p, then I received a call at 12:58p, ""We're gonna' have to change your appt. I don't have anyone in L.A.

Me: sir, we've been without hot water since Thurs. (12/30/21)
Him: ""I DON'T HAVE ANY TRUCKS IN L.A.
ME: Sigh...,ok, so when will we be serviced?
Him: 2 morrow AFTER 11a.

When called & told the service tech. was oh his way (about 11:20) & would b there in 45 min., I told the lady, tell your service man to turn around & go back to Candyland. Your service IS NOT welcome here. Yes I did.
6 days w/out hot water...NOW u have a tech a day later? Nope, I was in fear they'd cancel again.

I went on Yelp & saw 24/7 & their 5's. Game Over!

On Time, they disconnected the water heater, met us at Lowes with it, told us to wait up front while THEY (Daniel & Santos) retrieved the new water heater, loaded it on their truck, returned to the property & connected it.

These two young men would not leave UNTIL hot water was received!

They were Polite, Respectful, Professional & EFFICIENT!
They get 100's from me!!!

Alex and his team were quick to respond and able to start working on a leak the same day. Alex provided clear expectations over the phone and sent over an estimate to cover the full scope of work for the job and his team worked to get it done within 2 days.

Great service and staff is super professional! Price is fare and reasonable. I had my ring fall under the sink and the pipe was glued so called them to help, they were able to get my ring back and reinstall the pipe made sure it was not leaking . Thank you so much!

24/7 Rooter Service saved us! We had our annual sewage flooding in our bathroom and tub in our apartment in a Sunday night and Alex was sent out. And he arrive a little earlier than promised! We had a bit of a sewage river when he opened the outside drain, but that's not his fault as neither he nor we knew where the drain was outside the whole building. And I'm sure it was not pleasant for him. He seemed to be in constant communication with his boss, spent a long time rootering (rooting?) the drain, and tested the toilet 10 times before leaving. Alex handled our weird cramped parking lot, maneuvering in to set up. He was pleasant and professional, wore a mask, and communicated with us well.

Please note that we had to pay cash or there was a substantial additional fee for a credit card transaction, like $50-80 I believe. So ask ahead of time. We were emailed an invoice immediately.

My only suggestion would be if the business could provide some sort of shoe covering as sewage was tracked into to our carpeted apartment. It's understandable, and I'm sure Alex didn't enjoy the sewage river that encompassed him, so I'm not complaining. Just a suggestion for other staff and customers in case they encounter the situation we had. :(
