I am so very happy to have found this company, there are, without a doubt, a truly great company! I told Alex my problem with a clogged toilet and he immediately put my mind at ease. He was able to respond to my condo and fix the toilet within an hour! He fixed it in Record time too! I am so grateful for his speedy response on a Friday afternoon!!

This company is THE BEST. I couldn't get a company I used before. I called 24/7 Rooter Service today after looking on Yelp and they lived up to all their stars! Over the weekend my main line backed up and flooded the bathroom and the room next to it. The shower filled up and the toilet was overflowing. I spoke to the owner, Alex. He sent me an arrival update within the hour and arrived soon after. He and his helper were polite, professional and friendly. He explained the problem and everything he was doing. No surprises or up-selling. After he cleared the blockage he did a complimentary inspection with a camera so he could show me inside the line . I paid the price he quoted. I am definitely going to have him back to do other work in the future. I highly recommend Alex and his company!

Easy to communicate with and Erick and Alex are amazing: they explain, they arrive on time, they wear covered booties on their shoes right before entering your place, they wear a mask if you want them to, and best of all they know what they are doing and do it RIGHT. Used then for years (plumbing and main line issues and new toilet installations and gas line repairs) and realized I never gave them a review. Erick just came today to do a shower clean out. Reliable, and quality all these years (over 15 plus years!).
