We had some issue with water leaking from second floor unit to downstairs unit. Because of water leakage to the downstairs and it was getting worse, We needed to find someone quick to come out, assess the issue and fix the problem.

Eric and Alex came out 2 hours after I called in, arrived st the location 15min earlier, quickly assessed the issue and fixed the problem for me in less than 2 hours.

Alex was thorough with explaining what went wrong and also gave me a warranty to make sure there will not be any water leak from this issue.

Alex was very punctual and professional. He quickly cleared out sewer line, which had undergone a major overhaul just a year ago. It turned out the other guys hadn't cleaned out the pipe after replacing an entire section.

Alex and his son pulled out a 3' tangle of stringy roots. They also went and shaved a section of the pipe where more roots had grown.

They showed my the problems with their camera, for which they didn't charge extra. It's surprising that many other people charge for this. Yes, it's an additional service, but how good can job be if you can't see it? It's a necessary tool of the trade.

Tremendous work. I called and Alex and his crew came right away. This company is THE BEST. I couldn't get a company I used before. I called 24/7 Rooter Service today after looking on Yelp and they lived up to all their stars! Over the weekend my main line backed up and flooded the bathroom and the room next to it. The shower filled up and the toilet was overflowing. I spoke to the owner, Alex. He sent me an arrival update within the hour and arrived soon after. He and his helper were polite, professional and friendly. He explained the problem and everything he was doing. No surprises or up-selling. After he cleared the blockage he did a complimentary inspection with a camera so he could show me inside the line . I paid the price he quoted. I am definitely going to have him back to do other work in the future. I highly recommend Alex and his company!
