The other night my kitchen sink and disposal started backing up. I tried as best I could to fix it myself and hit a wall before turning to Yelp. 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing was highly rated so I figured I'd shoot them a message. They said they'd send someone my way within an hour to help me out, even after 7PM! They did mention that there are higher rates for visits after 5PM, so be sure to understand that you're paying a premium if you need after hours support.

Shortly after Chris arrived to take a look and was able to quickly diagnose our issue. I'm always curious to see how people fix things, so I asked a lot of questions. Chris was super friendly and walked me through what he was doing, step by step. A snake and new trap later, we were back in business!

Chris said that usually the night calls are for emergencies (since they carry a premium) but since it was slow he'd do what he could to help me get my sink going again and try to see if he could get me a deal.

I'm super happy to have found 24/7 Rooter and glad that Chris was able to quickly get my drain working again. I would definitely use them again and would ask if Chris was available next time too.

Exxcceelllennt! My boys put cloggers equivalent to a 2 liter soda bottle down the can alll-theeee-time. This time around dad's amateur plumbing didn't do the job :(. The incident happened on a Sunday morning and finding a decent and affordable plumber was more of a task than I expected. I'm glad that I stumbled upon 24/7 Rooter while scouring google. The company sent out Chris, and from the time of arrival thru the fulfillment of service, it took less than an hour to get the job done. Chris was knowledgeable, personable and quick! If you ever find yourself in desperate need of plumbing services call these guys and ask for Chris!

Had a great experience with Leo. He was reliable and professional. We had a major drainage problem from our house, and Leo and his team handled it from start to finish. Having something big go wrong with your plumbing is always a massive headache, yet Leo dealt with it all. Be careful, STAY AWAY from this company. Their charges are RIDICULOUS!!! I asked them to provide quotes on three works:
1. Repair a leaking shower head
2. Install a new food dispenser
3. Adjust a faucet.

They came and provide me a quote of $1,600 on the repair of leaking shower head and $250 for installation of the food dispenser.
They said the leaking problem may cause four hours of work!!

I said NO to them and hired another guy. That guy only took 40 minutes to have all three problem fixed and he only charged me $300!

So be careful, don't get ripped off by this business!
