I had a sump pump problem in January. They responded promptly and replaced the pump the next day. I was misinformed or misunderstood the actual work they planned to do. I understood they would be in the crawlspace under my house checking the pipes and replacing if necessary. instead, they spent in total two hours at my home, taking out the old sump pump and putting in a new one. The cost of their service was ridiculously expensive. I complained the pump was loud and vibrating, which they wanted to charge me to fix. After some discussion, they made some adjustments to their installation which improved the situation, no charge.
The invoice they sent me was incorrect. I called and requested an itemized invoice and also a correction since they had listed a pump on the invoice that is not the pump they installed. I also ask for some paperwork on the pump, such as warranty and maintenance information. Over two months and several emails and phone calls later, they finally told me that they don't do itemized invoices because they charge a flat fee. I still have not received a corrected invoice or the requested information on the pump they installed. My last email to them was unanswered and my last phone call promised a call back which I have not received.

our sink clogged up in the garbage disposal and it began leaking on the floor and into the DW. they were there in under 10minutes, had a new garbage disposal ready to install and were out in under 20min (1 guy lol). left everything perfect and was super kind.

A service that calls itself 24/7 should at least be able to call customers back, even if it is to tell them they have no one to help.
We had a plumbing emergency last night and called around 8:30 PM. The answering service promised a call back, but 15 hours later: still no contact.

Absolutely great. Mike (technician) was outstanding. Totally ecplaoned everything he found and it didn't take long for him to figure out what really had to be done to clear the sewer. And he confirmed my suspicion that the city probably didn't come and do what they said they did.
