Woke up Saturday morning to a backed up toilet that was close to flooding.

I called 24/7 rooter & plumbing, spoke with a very nice woman that explained the process, and got an appointment immediately. A few minutes later, I received a schedule confirmation and a profile description of the plumber via text.

The plumber arrived early, quickly checked out a few different areas, gave me a reasonable quote, and got everything fixed within 30 minutes.

I have nothing but great things to say about 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing after they rootered a flood at my house, which is why they were my first choice when there was an overflow and leak at a rental property.

In all instances, they arrived in the scheduled timeframe, but I was most impressed with their last visit.

I called on a Saturday morning and they gave me an appointment from 1-1.5 hours. Then, I received a text with the plumber's info, AND picture, so I would know who to let in. Attached to the text was a link where I could track where the plumber was and see how close he was to arriving.

Dave arrived on time and assessed where the flood started. He also looked at the leak under the sink to see how he could fix it. He gave me a reasonable quote and proceeded to fix the leak, he had parts in his truck and cleared the flood area by snaking 40 ft. He made sure the sinks ran and the clogs were cleared. Then, he snaked it again, just to make sure. It's that kind of thorough, professionalism that will have me calling 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing again.

I placed my original call at 7:26am on a Saturday about a clogged toilet (the only toilet in the house), and Dave was at my door at 7:44am. He explained and showed me what was wrong, had all the parts he needed, and had it fixed, tested multiple times, and was out the door by 8:20am.

This was an absolute sham and the management could not even come to respond to my concern after multiple calls and emails getting deflected by their dispatch.

Seems like other reviews have similar things to say... guy came out, said he couldn't do it the normal way, decided to remove toilet, still couldn't fix, continued quoting more $$ for more services until we said enough. After all that, he didn't fix it!

Got another plumber who came out and not only fixed it, he fixed it for fraction of the cost, AND fixed the setting of the toilet which apparently these guys also messed up.

All I was asking for was a refund in the amount it cost the new plumber to actually fix the problem which they couldn't (but still charged me for).

Multiple calls to dispatch who said ""I'm just dispatch I will notify management and they'll respond within 48 hours."" No response. Two more calls, emails that I was told would be forwarded... nothing.

Unprofessional racket. Don't lose your money.

They came out for a leaking sink and gave me an estimate that included a $350 ""emergency inspection"" of my hot water heater and $900 for the sink. I called another plumber, who fixed the sink for $300 and said the other issue was bogus. Then I called their office 3 times to get an explanation and refund for the $65 house call since it was bogus - their secretary promised a response within 48 hours each time, but no one actually bothered calling me back. This is basically fraud, given how egregiously overpriced and unresponsive the company is.

Awful!! They said they would come between 6-8pm to fix the water heater. At 8:30pm I get a text saying tech on the way. At 9pm he calls and says he'll be there by 10:30pm. No show, no call. I call the company and they said they would contact him. A half an hour later and 11pm on a Monday and still nothing. I call back and they said all they could do was put in another request to contact me. I canceled. Avoid this horrible company.

Easy to call, took about 2 hours to arrive, which is reasonable. Be careful of the ""free estimate"" because they will charge at least $65 for it (gas etc they said). My clogged kitchen sink job was estimated to cost $500. Another place said they could do it for $190. So when I shared this with 24/7 they said they could do it for $260...ha! Plumber was nice tho, but not the free estimate and overpriced. Icky feeling. Cannot comment on their work tho

These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. A 50 gallon water heater only costs about 500-600 dollars. They quoted over $3000 to install and dispose of an existing water heater. No one should ever pay that much. Do not use them. They are obviously taking advantage of people.
They charge $65 dollars to come out and inspect and put you on the hook for the $65 bucks then give a quote for a service they know that no one in their right mind would pay for.
