Had no hesitation calling this company after all the great yelp reviews below.

I had a basic clogged kitchen sink and told them so over the phone when i made the appointment. The plumber was not friendly from the moment I opened my door.

He asked if I had a bucket for the debris and chemicals that would land in my cabinet after he took my P trap off. I said no, and he suggested he use one of my pots or pans. I said no.

He looked around my place and asked if i was a renter or homeowner. i asked him what that had to do with unclogging my sink. He responded by giving me an estimate of $350. dollars, and telling me he needed to take out many pipes and my garbage disposal to fix the problem.

I then escorted him out of my home.

I did call the company and let them know my experience with this plumber. They were apologetic and offered to do the job for about half his estimate, which was still extremely high. I declined.

Thankfully, i found a handyman on yelp that was able to come by soon after. He was great, and an expert. The declog was, as i had expected, 10 minutes of his time, and the bill included fixing many other things in my home with the remainder of his $60 / minimum and hourly rate.

Shame on this company.

I will never contact them again.

Having someone come into your home is a delicate business to say the least. Especially if you have a timely problem and you cannot fix it yourself.

I would not wish this experience on anyone else.

If there was a zero star option i would check that box without hesitation.

Sean from 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing came out at 2AM to fix our clogged toilet and bathtub. We had a pretty big problem. First thing I want to say is that Sean was incredibly friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. He was up front and pulled no punches. The job seemed daunting (at least to me) but he handled it with no problem and kept us updated as he went on. This was definitely a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Sean and 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing!!

This place is top notch.

I worked with Sean on both visits, and not only did he give me rudimentary plumbing information to help me understand the basics, but he went above and beyond to determine the root cause of our problem, because it clearly wasn't something with our apartment.

Both dispatches have been pleasant, Sean arrived on time, and took care of any problems very quickly.

I couldn't recommend anyone else except this company, they deserve your business if you have any plumbing issues.

I would have loved to have given these guys a review based on their ability to solve a plumbing issue. Unfortunately, despite their assurance that they would be to me within 30 minutes, 40 minutes later I got a call to say that they wouldn't be able to come until tomorrow.

Pro's:

1. They do NOT charge an arm and a leg

2. Once you call, a plumber is dispached and calls you within 10 minutes and goes out well within the hour.

3. Honest!! They have not done more work than they have to.

I hope they won't increase their prices based on their great reviews. :(
