HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Our family is new to the area, we moved into a fixer, and apparently our heating system was not wired properly, barely heating our house. I called Robert, he came on short notice (thankfully), easily diagnosed our issue, and got our heating system working as it should--the house is now warm for the first time!

I thought Robert was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around nice guy--I felt like he cared, a rare trait these days. To top it off, very fairly priced too.

Robert is now in my contact list and he will be my first call for future renovations! You will be happy that you call him!

I live in Placerville. Donna was super responsive for the estimate, scheduling, follow-up questions etc.! Robert and his team did a fantastic job cutting off a gas line for us. They had to remove the gas fireplace to do the job and ended up asking for the broom and dustpan so they could clean up the debris. They were super friendly with my pups during their time at the house. They were very professional and helpful even when I had questions the following day. I highly recommend this team.

Robert has a lot of experience. As a landscaper for 30 years I can tell by how they locate a problem. If they know what they're doing it should just seem like second nature. He replaced an old section of septic pipe for us. He's a cool dude as well.

Robert came to my house and fixed a pinhole leak in a copper pipe that had developed in my wall. He was one of very few local plumbers that actually answered the phone when I called, and made arrangements to come the same day that I called--even after hours, in the evening. Robert allowed me, the homeowner, to help him with certain aspects of the job (like removing the vanity), so that the job could go by quicker. He was very patient and didn't mind me hovering over his shoulder so that I could watch and observe. He also was cool with me doing the drywall repair and was happy to just do the work that I asked him to do (fixing a pipe). I know that some contractors will insist on doing *all* of the work, and will bill you accordingly, even when you're handy and willing to do some of the work yourself.

On top of all of this, Robert was very patient and accommodating while I tried to get my Mickey Mouse home warranty company to reimburse me. When the home warranty company insisting on really asinine invoice requirements, Robert was happy to send not one, but three different invoices to satisfy them.

I don't have a good basis to judge Robert's pricing because he was the only plumber that I called, but I feel like what I paid was fair based on: (A) the amount of time he spent on the issue; and (B) how far out in the country I am.

Robert will be my first call for plumbing needs, and I'll keep him in mind for HVAC issues as well.

Words cannot convey how ecstatic my husband and I are that we reached out to 21st Century Plumbing to assist us with locating a water leak on our property. Unfortunately, we had contacted THREE other companies to assist us with this task. We were quoted by the previous contractors that it would cost thousands of dollars to remedy our problem!! If not for one of the contractors suggesting to us that we find another contractor, we would have never been blessed to have Robert, of 21st Century Plumbing to ""save the day"". Robert arrived at 10:30 a.m. and did not leave until 11:30 p.m. He was determined to find our leak and he did. He gave us a quote at the beginning of the day, and honored that quote. Robert and his crew showed their knowledgeable and expertise by utilizing ""out of the box"" methods to locate and repair our leak.

I will let Robert tell what method he used to locate our leak when you hire him for your job. 21st Century Plumbing was ""Heaven Sent"".
