I am so grateful I called 21st Century Plumbing! I can't say enough about the great service I received. Robert really went out of his way to diagnosis the problem with our hot water heater. He tried several things to try and see if the heater could be saved even though it just caused him more work. He even came on a Saturday when I know it wasn't convenient for him. He was really concerned about saving us money. He was so quick to respond to my call and to go above and beyond the call of duty to get the problem solved. It is such a blessing to find someone who has real integrity and cares so deeply about providing the best possible service. He is definitely on my speed dial if anything like this happens again!!

We had a clogged drain in a bathroom, and our toilet needed new internal valves. Robert R. came on time for us, and he brought all the pieces he needed to repair our toilet on the spot. Our drain was unclogged immediately on the sink. We appreciate the immediate professional service from both Robert and his protege Bill. Our job was simple compared to some, but he treated it as though it was the most important job he had. Thank you. When we need a plumber again I wouldn't hesitate to use 21st Century again. They know what they are doing.

What can I say about the amazing professional that showed up!!!!! Courteous and clean. Knowledgeable and professional. After another plumber failed miserably, this company stopped by after work. Identifying the issue. Resolving the issue. Tested. All systems and insisted we check everything before he left.

I am not knowledgeable in this arena. Patiently took the time to explain and show me where my issue was. Made some suggestions and then cleaned up the work area. I was amazed with everything. I was very comfortable immediately and am more than pleased with the results. Best value and effective. I wanted a job well done and received more than I could imagine.

Robert and son fixed my old ailing AC system right before the summer scorching started. It's been a few months and old Bertha is still humming and blowing cold. Hopefully she will keep kicking another year or two. Robert fixed it quickly and reasonably priced, definitely recommend!

We are new to the area & the disposal was giving us trouble. It appeared it needed to be replaced. We began calling around & Robert answered & said he'd be out on Monday. On Monday, he fell a little behind but called us & gave us an ETA (very professional of him!). He showed up & I updated him that in addition to the disposal, we had a toilet handle issue. He replaced the disposal and then went to the guest bathroom to fix the toilet handle. Both were fixed and are perfect. He was very fast and efficient. He was also fair with the price. As we were talking, he mentioned he works 7 days a week & values providing customer service to clients (his motto: respond to calls and show up!). We took his contact info for the future and for our family member who lives in the area. Five enthusiastic stars!

He answered his phone, showed up when he said he would, worked like a dog in the heat to located and resolve the problem, so we could move forward with repairs to the home. If you live in Pollock Pines or further out you know how hard it seems to be to get service people out here! I am so happy that I found someone that was willing to come out...even after regular work hours. (On time when he said he would and called me when he was on his way too!) I had heard from a neighbor that Robert with 21st Century Plumbing had come out for a frozen pipe during the horrible storms this winter. The only local person that responded and could get out to our area. I had an emergency the other day with a leaking hot water heater. Called him hoping I would get the same service and I DID! He came out later in the day, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Fixed my hot water heater, checked my water pressure, cleaned up my mess where the water had overflowed. I asked him about coming back and changing out my original hoses on sinks and toilets and he made it out the next day AFTER he had worked all day...never had a plumber come out after hours and not charge me extra. I am so pleased because everyone knows how hard it is to get people in the outskirts of town. I highly recommend this plumber.

We had Robert install a new sink and faucet at our house and hook it all up to the garbage disposal and dishwasher air gap. We could not be more pleased. He responded to our service request promptly, arrived when he said he would, and provided an in-person cost estimate that was fair and included everything needed to complete the project. Robert arrived on time the very next day and took out the heavy, worn-out sink and faucet. He installed our beautiful new sink and faucet which truly transformed our kitchen. Our family was in crisis with the sudden death of our son-in-law, and there were so many arrangements needing to be made. This included finding care for his disabled wife.
We were having periodic power outages from the ongoing storm.
Suddenly, the kitchen sink became totally clogged! None of the usual remedies had any effect.
We called 21st Century Plumbing, and within an hour and a half Aaron and Joe were working on the problem.
They had to get under the mobile home to work on the pipes. It was pouring rain and muddy. It took them hours to repair the problem--late into the evening.
When they left, the areas where they had worked were very clean.
When we asked for the bill, the price was extremely fair. We were so pleased with this valuable help in our crisis.
