When we needed a skilled plumbing service in the middle of the night, Alex and 211 was there! We unfortunately had a very difficult lengthy sewer line repair job, and Marco and his crew worked harder than any crew I've ever seen. Marco carefully explained everything along the way and problem solved a difficult plumbing issue. This family owned business really cares about their customers (I definitely felt they cared!) and it's obvious they take great pride in doing an excellent job, even installing a clean-out valve on our driveway with no extra charge. Thank you Alex, Marco and crew; I would definitely use them again!

They came out to clear a waterfall pipe that fed water to the pump. I had tried having it professionally snaked prior, but it still wasn't clear. They hydrojetted up the pipe from the basin and said the line was clear. The water still was not pumping and flowing correctly, so they said it was must be some other problem with the pump. the pipe was clear. Well, it wasn't clear. I had the pump replaced - at great cost, and still the problem. Another plumber used a fiber video camera that showed the obstruction in the pipe at an elbow at the top. As I said I had already had it hydrojetted the plumber said to cut the pvc pipe and clear the twigs that were mostly blocking the flow of water, which we ended up doing. I thought the hydrojetting was supposed to clear these things but it didn't. They honored the $350 special. but assuring me the pipe was cleared when it wasn't ended up costing me more time and money.

Marco responded to our call on a Friday at 5:30pm. He was here by 7pm and was able to clear out our drain . He was really professional, polite, and I would highly recommend this company.

The kitchen sink faucet install has not held up... Marco came out twice to 'fix' it, at no charge, but the faucet still leaked and wasn't installed properly.
Awesome guy, but even if 211 Drains & Underground would have 'fixed' it for free again, I chose to pay another plumber to do it right.

Recently we had a water issue that required a re plumb in our condo in Oceanside. Alex an Tino, we're there for us 100%. They have the best pricing, best crew and fast repair! Don't go anywhere else, other places will not give you the kind of personal service 211 does! I will be referring them to friends and neighbors as well. This was no small job and yet they made it seem easy! Thank you 211 you guys are AWESOME!!!

We've had plumbing issues before with this home, both times 211 Drains and Underground were able to come out and fix the problems very quickly! Alex and his crew are absolutely fantastic and finish the job when they say. We had a horrible leak only last week, water in the bathroom, soaked carpets... Alex came out the morning we discovered the water to give us a quote and work started the next day. A repipe of my home was completed in 4 days as promised and they are the best price for the job! We called a few other plumbers and they were the most reasonably priced. Alex and his crew are fantastic. I would recommend them to everybody! I want to thank Alex for being so responsive and to his crew for working so hard to complete the job on time.

Alex from 211 responded promptly to my request on Yelp, gave me an early availability with a set price (none of this ""we have to see it first"") based on the photo provided. We showed up on time, got the work done, cleaned up, and everything got resolved without a hitch. I would definitely hire 211 Drains and Underground again for my future plumbing needs.
