Hired Alex to deal with a totally stuck, frozen, Grohe shower diverter valve. The valve itself is no longer available, but Alex was able to remove the cartridge, clean up the inside of the valve and get it back into place. It works like a charm. He stayed with the repair until it was completed. Can't say the same for some other plumbing companies that looked at the job.

They are not licensed. When I asked for their license number I was given an 8 digit number starting with a dash. When I looked it up on the state's website it said it was not a valid number. By the way, I also found out that state license numbers are only 6 to 7 digits and do not contain any letters, or special characters. When I questioned Alex about his license he told me it expired, so why give me a fake license number?

I told them my water was turned off and needed the toilet shut off valve replaced, I had an appointment yesterday between 3 and 5 PM. They not only didn't show up, but they never even had the courtesy to call. I tried to reach them twice and it just went to voicemail. Still never called! Very unprofessional!
