My job was estimated then scheduled promptly. Steve was great at explaining the needed work and did a great job. I had to have him come back to move some connections and he did not charge extra. I would definitely recommend Steve and plan to call him for future jobs.

Giving 3 stars because my 1st experience was amazing but my 2nd not so much. I appreciate the ease of scheduling and the availability to have someone come in within a day. I needed my washer outlet box replaced since the shutoff valves were leaking water. The job is straight forward and took less than an hour to complete. The original quote was over a $1000, they reduced it by $200 because I had already bought my own washer outlet box that saved them a trip to the store. I had to cut the drywall myself and turn off the main water valve myself, I understand they wanted to protect themselves from liability but it felt that I was already doing half of the job. The job involved cutting and installing about 2 1-foot copper pipes and few press fit joints. There was no soldering involved. I still think that I was over charged paying for more than $800 for what seemed to be straight forward job, I didn't really have the opportunity to shop around since I needed it done. My 1st experience, they did a similar job to replace my shower/tub spout and it only costed around $300-$400. I will be doing my homework next time to hopefully find my forever plumbing company. I was hoping that this would be it but not sure after this last experience

They did good work replacing a water heater. The surprise was the cost. Example is the cost of the gas flex pipe, $71.18 for the same flex pipe that are $17.41 at Home Depot. The 40 gallon water heater was $888.30, twice the cost of the heater if you bought it. The total cost was $2,390 to replace the water heater.

Only use them if you can get a written quote that you except prior to starting any work. Other wise they will double the price during the install. Do not trust!

Tony arrived 30 minutes later but this is totally fine. He was busy with another project and needed more time. Fine!
I have scheduled an appointment for a Pressure Regulator Valve replacement and a Water Heater replacement. Tony inspected the PRV and was able to fix the old unit at no cost. Most people would try to sell me a new one so admirations for Tony's honesty!
He went ahead and installed a new water heater. Everything is up to code and looks 10 times better than before. He cleaned up after himself leaving absolutely nothing behind. He was friendly and nice and we had a nice conversation. I would give Tony 10 stars if I had that option!

Quick response to my call. Tommy was the technician who came. He was polite, knowledgeable explained our issues to our understanding. Upon returning the next morning he demonstrated his desire to totally remedy our situation. He helped with ways to be aware of water leakage as our water bill had been going up and our usage had not changed. I could tell he desired to go the extra mile to provide excellent service. I would call Joe's 2 Sons to send Tommy when we need a plumber. Good job and more than met my expectations.
