I would not recommend this company. There is a level of trust that I expect from tradespeople, I did not get that this company. The rep seemed more interested in a referral fee to a water restoration company than finding and fixing the leak.

Others seemed to have better experiences, mine was horrible!

We replaced our 20+ years old gas furnace and electric air condition units with a furnace and heat pump combo. They did a great job of explaining everything. It took two days to get it done. Our furnace is underneath the house, accessed by a low crawl space so I imagine it was quite tricky to get in there. It's been a little over a month now and everything is working well. I'm curious to see what a change we'll see on our utility bill. The old furnace was gas which was our sole source of heat. The new heat pump is electric. The new gas furnace only kicks in if the temperature is lower than 35° and then the heat pump kicks in, so we mostly rely on the heat pump. Gotta wait till summer to see how the cooling function works.

The company is very professional and responsive!! I was able to set up a same day service call and the office staff kept me informed with phone calls as to the status of what time they would be at my house.

My technician Steve was absolutely great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, went to get the part and quickly returned to my house. Once there he repaired my shower handle to fix the drip and tested it to be sure. He answered all of my questions.

I highly recommend this firm and will use them again if I have any plumbing needs.

Conal from 2 sons did our rough in, trim, and installed a water heater for a new bathroom and kitchenette in a basement apartment we're building in shoreline. I cannot say enough good things about him, his work, his reliability, timeline, and attention to detail. After two full days of work, he noticed a tiny drip and re-did a lot of plumbing. He also talked to us on our day off to trouble shoot a ventilation issue from the previous plumber we hired who didn't ventilate to code. We will always use Conal moving forward.

I had a problem with my septic backing up into my basement. I had another plumber scope and informed me that it would cost $22000 to fix the problem by repiping the pip from the house to the septic tank. I wanted to get other opinions and estimates to fix. This plumber came out and give me a $700 bid to scope the existing pipe. When he presented it, I told him I wanted a estimate to fix the problem as it had already been scoped. I never heard from him again. After posting this review, I received a call from the operations manager. He explained what the plumber did not. The scoping charge is waived if additional work is performed. that is there operating model. Good follow up!
