I was having plumbing issues and he was able to locate , troubleshoot our issue and get it all resolved. Very clean and efficient process did amazing job highly recommend and very reliable ! All I can say is THANK YOU CHARLES aka Chuck!!! After 2 other plumbers came gave me nothing but excuses as to why they could not do the job, Charles came in with no hesitation and defogged my toilet. 1 month of not having working toilets can you imagine smh. Thanks again Chuck

Really shady company with bad business practices. They leave equipment running in our home for weeks. The technicians they send to check on said equipment always blow us off and tell us to take our correspondence to the main office. Does the main office ever respond to our frequent calls and texts? (Hint: check out the other reviews for a common pattern). Nope!

This runs up the insurance bill and I'm sure they somehow profit off of this blatant malpractice.

High turnover rate as seen by constant job postings on Indeed. Do not apply! I'm sure the California State Auditor needs to check out this very questionable company.

They were sent by my home warranty company, but couldn't address my issue. The guy who came out was nice. They're probably ok for minor plumbing jobs that aren't very complicated.

The only positive thing we experienced with this company was getting our plumbing leak claim approved with our insurance company. Overall communication and customer service is terrible. Constant battle with everything. Also watch out for the pricing because it is very high. First chance we got went with another company(Olympia Services) and didn't look back. Try anyone else but these guys or learn the hard way.
