Our home warranty sent 1st Response to help with our garbage disposal issue. Juan came out to diagnose and repair the issue. He had great communication, and informed us of his estimated time of arrival. When he arrived, he was courteous, professional, and was very efficient with identifying the rusted components of our disposal blades. Juan replaced our garbage disposal immediately and made sure everything was working properly. Thank you 1st Response and Juan for promptly responding to our garbage disposal malfunction!

Juan ""JJ"" Jose provided the best service I've ever received from a repair technician. Not only did he fix a broken valve under my sink, he took the time to walk me through the water system of my house, a tremendous benefit to me as a new homeowner. JJ's expert knowledge allowed him to fix the issue on his first visit, and the sink now works great. Very grateful that he went above and beyond to get us back on our feet.

Provided through our Home Warranty Company. Appointment set for plumber to come between 11:00am-3:00pm. At 3:15pm receive a call from plumber saying we have an appointment and ""I'll be there in 25 minutes."" I told him the appointment was for a time between 11:00am-3:00pm and now you're telling me you won't be here until at least a 1/2 hour AFTER the end time of the appointment time? He gave me the lame excuse he had no time schedule for appointments, just a list of customers to service. I called the company and got voicemail. I called back 20 minutes later and got voicemail again. I contacted my home warranty company to complain and when they attempted to call this company, they also got voicemail. I did not get a call back from the company after leaving a voicemail to complain. Their lack of concern for customer service really tells me how unprofessional this company is.

He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, a fast worker and took time answering our questions. Anna the receptionist, is a good asset to this company. She did a great job communicating my request with Choice Home Warranty to have my problem fix. She has a good work ethics.

I would like to share my first hand experience with 1st response. Andrea, franky and Sarah in the office were amazing! They helped me with my insurance claim from start to finish. The process was difficult to navigate especially this being our 1st insurance claim. They made the process so easy and pain free for a home owner like myself.
