They came out and did a great job. They are clean and well organized. I was very pleased with them and I will call them back. They replaced my sink faucet. It was a small job, but they did it well. They also back their work with a warranty. I also liked that they didn't think my job was too small to come out and make an effort. It's nice to hear that any job is worth doing.

I've moved back into my condo and wanted to check a few things out. Eric came and fixed my garbage disposal problem and tested the drain in the bathroom. He explained that the very good water pressure made it seem like the tub was draining too slowly, but it really wasn't. He put the drain back together after my tenant had taken it apart on advice from a different plumber who also didn't remove an important piece of plastic when the new garbage disposal was installed. The price was more than fair. Eric was happy to answer some other questions I had about the toilet handle and give me some estimates for possible future needs. Once again, I'm glad he was available. It's a two-man company, so he isn't always able to get here on the same day, but I am happy when he can because I save a money and get the job done right.

Eric and Dave completed a project that included installation of Restoration Hardware fixtures including a brass shower valve, stem and tip toe, two wide spread bathroom sinks, repair of a hallway sink for me and did an excellent job. By this I mean Eric made sure time was spent to do the job right. And, when the shower bar attached to the shower head required adjustment, there was no charge for the follow-up. The tip-toe as well as options to deal with flow were addressed and, I know Eric took time off site to obtain hardware to help get the job done.

The time spent, the follow-up was completed professionally and I can say unequivocally that Eric is my go to plumber moving forward. Thank you for a job well done at a reasonable price. It's no surprise that this is another five star review.

1st Choice does it again!!!! During renovation of my master bath I discovered a crack in the vent pipe of the shower drain. Eric was quick to diagnose the problem and quote the job. Eric showed up on time and got straight to work. It wasn't the easiest of jobs as they had to jack hammer through my foundation to get to the root of the problem. Once through there was even more trouble below the foundation as the old cast iron pipes had pretty much rusted completely through. Eric and his team was able to replace all the bad drain pipes with modern ABS to ensure this problem would never return. I can't speak highly enough about Eric, his team and 1st Choice Plumbing. They are always my first call for anything I can't handle on my own. Thank you Eric!
