We are currently doing a DIY remodel on our bathroom and needed a good plumber to fix our leaky tub shower and replace the fittings among other things that needed to be fixed. We found Eric on Yelp. He came and gave us a reasonable quote and explained the scope of work in detail. He patiently answered all our questions and gave us some options. He came back to do the work and ended up spending the whole day as other problems arose because of the old condition of our pipes. He needed to replace the shower pipe that was rusted through and did his best to fix it through the small hole but after about an hour, we just decided to let him open up the back wall. He also fixed our backed up dishwasher drain and gave us some tips so it won't happen again. We're so glad we found an honest, competent and professional plumber!

My experience with 1st Choice was easy and stress-free. I scheduled my appointment on their website during the week (I think on Wednesday), they showed up right when I requested (on Saturday morning), and then he patiently listened to our concerns about our plumbing and discussed our options. We are newbies to plumbing and he was very patient and thorough in answering our questions and gave us a written quote for future work we are thinking of doing. He even gave us referrals to a local contractor for work that is out of his scope of practice. All in all it was a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Not only is he knowledgeable about his craft, he delivers repeatedly on customer service. He's really someone you can trust with all of your plumbing needs. We've had him install new faucets, rooter sewer lines and install a pressure release valve outside. All done with no problems. You need three good people in your life that you can trust - a hair dresser, a mechanic and a plumber. 1st Choice Plumbing will be our plumber for the years to come.

Ahh, what can I say about Eric & 1st Choice Plumbing? We've been using his business for years, from the small (stuck toilet) to larger jobs as well.

Most recently we needed to jerry-rig a catch basin for our washing machine. Problem is, the previous owner's contractor permanently attached it to the floor incorrectly. Eric came in and tried one solution, but when it became obvious the following day that it wasn't working, he came back and fixed it again for free.

He always arrives with a smile, is very patient and quite talented in coming up with solutions which will work and save money in the long run. We will be using his services exclusively from now on.

Top notch installation of a sewer sub meter. All went well. Cut me a break on price as he couldn't show on our first appointment because of scheduling conflict that arose. Did as he said he would do. Coached me through the sewer sub meter process at just the right level of details. Can't say enough good things about Eric. Brought me up to speed on other stuff at the same time and fixed a issue under the kitchen sink no-charge. Every day that goes by, his work is paying for itself and then some.
