Ahh, what can I say about Eric & 1st Choice Plumbing? We've been using his business for years, from the small (stuck toilet) to larger jobs as well.

Most recently we needed to jerry-rig a catch basin for our washing machine. Problem is, the previous owner's contractor permanently attached it to the floor incorrectly. Eric came in and tried one solution, but when it became obvious the following day that it wasn't working, he came back and fixed it again for free.

He always arrives with a smile, is very patient and quite talented in coming up with solutions which will work and save money in the long run. We will be using his services exclusively from now on.

Top notch installation of a sewer sub meter. All went well. Cut me a break on price as he couldn't show on our first appointment because of scheduling conflict that arose. Did as he said he would do. Coached me through the sewer sub meter process at just the right level of details. Can't say enough good things about Eric. Brought me up to speed on other stuff at the same time and fixed a issue under the kitchen sink no-charge. Every day that goes by, his work is paying for itself and then some. Have him on my call-first list now.

These people were great from the phone call to schedule to the finished job. When I called there were many options available for an appointment on the day I wanted.
The technician, Eric showed up in the time frame I was given. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He assessed the situation quickly, told me what the problem was, what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. He cleared our clogged drain easily and efficiently. When he was done, it cost exactly what he said it was going to cost!
Great work, reasonable prices and excellent people, I would certainly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I called to get a price for scoping of waste lines and was told it was $29 (applied towards future work) to get an estimate. They refused to give me a ball park price. Not cool.

I just moved into a new home (new to me but 54 years old), First night the master shower drain stopped up. Per the great YELP reviews I contacted Eric. Eric came out and cleared the drain and also connected the water line to the refrigerator and dishwasher as well as install a drain and gas valve for the washer/dryer.

Today Eric stopped by because the toilet in the guest bath was leaking from the seal. Eric could find nothing wrong and explained to me why the leak happened at the time. This visit was free of charge! Eric could have easily charged me for the visit. Thanks Eric!! You the plumber!!

I had a slow drain from my washing machine that caused it to overflow. Based on the good reviews here I made and appointment for Eric to come out and clear the line. He did a fine job clearing the clog and a thorough job of cleaning up the area where he worked. He was friendly and courteous, and his rates were very fair, too.

I've been in this house for over 30 years and have had a few experiences where I needed a plumber's help. I've never found one that I wanted to be my ""go to guy"" for plumbing problems - until now.

Took advantage of their $99 rooter special to clear blocked toilets. Eric came out right away and cleared the blockage. Unfortunately, there was another blockage a few days later. Eric took a break from another job to come over and clear it again within an hour of my phone call. He said he stands by is warranty--clearly he does. I would have no problem recommending this company.
