I called 1st choice plumbing and Eric picked up the phone immediately. My garbage disposal was leaking and needed fixing asap as I couldn't use the kitchen faucet because of the leak. Eric was very nice on the phone and didn't jump to any conclusions as far as what the problem might be. We made an appointment for the next day. He showed up early and was very pleasant. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair quote. I hired him for the job and he immediately got to work. Straight forward, honest, good guy. Will hire again.

My home is in escrow. The inspection report said I needed a certified licensed plumber to come out and assess a possible leaky sink drain and to re grout a few tiles in the shower. Eric came almost immediately for a FREE estimate. After watching the water run for a bit, Eric said there was no leak and that no work was needed. He also told me the shower was fine and did not need any re grouting. WOW!!! I'm blown away at his honesty and integrity. Eric gave me a receipt stating everything was fine and that if I ever needed plumbing repairs in the future he would be glad to be there for me. GREAT PLUMBER!!!!!

We recently purchased a home in the 818 and this is our third appointment with them within the past 2 months. The repeating business should say it all! All have been very good experiences. My wife took care of the first two given I was at work, and I was able to meet them during the third visit. Very prompt, courteous, and professional. Also very great at responding right away. First two visits involved fixing various components of the sprinklers (two completely different breaks) and the third was fixing our water heater. Would recommend these as the go to guys for your plumbing needs in the valley.

Second time i've needed a pro plumber since moving to the valley and second time i've reached out to eric and 1st choice for help. This time, it was a gas leak in the hot water heater. Once again, eric was on time, courteous, and walked me through the entire inspection. I believe this is my first Yelp review, but it's important to me to share my experience with 1st Choice Plumbers. On the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, I sensed a ""hot spot"" on my tile in my master bathroom. Being an interior designer, I was able to isolate the issue to a plumbing leak in the concrete slab under my house. I called a number of plumbers on Memorial Day, none of whom called me back or left any kind of text message except for Eric at 1st Choice. He politely let me know that because of the holiday they were backed up but they would be there first thing Tuesday to give me an estimate. Without going into all the details (boring) behind the plumbing fix, Eric and his partner Rick came in, quickly fixed the problem, and when there were a few aftereffects of their work that were problematic they solved those too, expediently, efficiently, professionally, and hassle-free. I would work with them again unequivocally and look forward to recommending them to my clients and contractors.
