1st Call Heating and Cooling, Inc. started when the founder, Rodger Hettinger aimed to show that clients could receive top-notch service at fair prices. After 19 years with a small local firm that expanded into a large ""consolidated company"", and 5+ years with another firm, Rodger observed that shortcuts was commonplace. Frustrated by the lack of quality and ethics, Rodger decided to create his own business focused on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, and thus, 1st Call Heating and Cooling, Inc. was established.
