Our company, 1901 Mechanical and Plumbing develops, implements, and supports HVAC and Plumbing systems across commercial, industrial, and home applications. With over 100 years of experience, 1901 Mechanical and Plumbing built a strong track record of getting the job done correctly the first time. We employs 130 dedicated staff; 105 in the field and 25 in the office. Of our $30+ million in annual income, 90% comes from mechanical services, and 10% comes from plumbing work. 1901 is a union contractor, maintaining labor agreements with unions representing Steamfitters, Plumbers, and Sheet Metal Workers. These unions provide us the staffing and training needed to handle projects of any scale.

The President of our company, Brady Farrell has held the role of President of Wisconsin's Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association and the Mechanical & Sheet Metal Contractors Association of the Madison Area.
