At 1901 Mechanical and Plumbing creates, builds, sets up, and services HVAC and Plumbing systems in commercial, industrial, and home applications. Having served for over a century, our team at 1901 has established a strong track record of executing work right from the start. We employs a workforce of 130; 105 field technicians and 25 in the office. Out of our over $30 million in yearly sales, 90% comes from mechanical services, and 10% is plumbing services. 1901 is a union contractor, maintaining labor agreements with unions representing Steamfitters, Plumbers, and Sheet Metal Workers. These unions provide us the staffing and training needed to staff projects of various sizes.

The President of our company, Brady Farrell has served in the role of President of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association of Wisconsin and the Mechanical & Sheet Metal Contractors Association of the Madison Area.
