After calling two plumbers, one didn't show and one came and was extremely unprofessional. My neighbor recommended Juan. I called and he gave me an estimated time of arrival with a courtesy call 10 minutes before show time. He was a little late (maybe 30 minutes if that) and knocked 20$ off the price. He was efficient and cleaned up the area he worked on when he was done!

I reached out to a handful of plumbers for my water pipe leak but decided to hire Juan and 180-Turn Plumbing Services. Juan won my business after speaking with him so candidly over the phone. He picked up my call afterhours at 9pm and is dedicated to his work. He truly was giving honest advice and gave a detailed explanation of what he felt was the best solution and even taught me a few things about plumbing. Juan wasn't my cheapest quote but I felt I wanted the job done right and done well. He uses Universal Plumbing Code approved parts which are reviewed for quality and a tool called Pro Press--which is a modern approved solution to replacing pipes and joints. Juan showed up on time and has a friendly and welcoming demeanor. It's not uncommon for him to give out free advice too as he understands the importance of building relationships with customers--as seen in his other yelp reviews!

The hardest part about hiring is trying to find someone you can trust. Due to his friendly and honest character I'd highly recommend Juan!
