My shower arm extension was leaking and thought I could just unscrew it and place new plumbing tape then screw it back in place but unfortunately I wasn't able to unscrew it and bent the arm, so had to have Juan come and fix it for me. Job done right and replaced the arm, and tested with no leak seen.

After calling many plumbers I called Juan to help me with my hot water heater that needed replacing. Whilst I made the mistake of buying a system that was not suitable, Juan went out of his way to try and make it fit into the small cabinet. After two hours of diligent work, he gave me his honest opinion that the tank was not suitable. The next day he brought a much higher quality tank, installed it quickly and it works beautifully. Juan did not charge me for the two hours he worked on the tank I bought and he came after hours to ensure we had hot water. At all times he was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. Nothing I asked was too much for Juan . I can't recommend him highly enough. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He is my plumber now and I am so grateful to have called him. And the added bonus is his son who is also delightful and helpful. You will not be disappointed if you call Juan for your plumbing needs.
