Do not consider to use this company at all.
I used this company since 1996. And never had problem before.
8/12/19 I call them, because I had leak from the pipe under the sink in the kitchen.
The guy came, looked the area few seconds and said, leak is from tankless heater, need special parts which he does not have. If we want him to fix it cost $700. He just left. He did not give us any chance to ask more questions.
I took pictures and talked with the person at the the customer service in tankless heater company. I found leak is not from there, came from plastic pipe supply the water to the refrigerator. I hired handy man (not plumber) next day and he fixed $90 including the parts. Nothing special parts required.
I complain to $15 sewer, asked them to give me money back, they charged travel fee for $40. They said they will. But 4 times I spoke to them, and they said they will every time, I have not see credit back to my account. They are lying!
I know it's only $40, but I do not like someone cheats me. Well I won't use them anymore.

Two visits with very knowledgeable and honest plumbers. It's not $15. That was probably when the business first started. But compared to other companies, it is more reasonably priced.

Was quoted $115 for the first hour to unplug my bathroom sewer line. Was also told that the plumber would not pull the toilet, so I pulled it myself prior to the appointment. Jorge arrived on time and was able to unplug my bathroom sewer line in about 30 minutes. I asked him if he would reinstall the toilet in the remaining 30 minutes but he said he'd need to charge me $90 more for that service. I agreed but felt over-charged when he installed the toilet, charged me $205, and drove out of my driveway in under an hour.

George came to the job on time - fixed both problems quickly and completely - for a fair price. The next time we need a plumber - he would be my first choice

Tim came to our house to fix a drain issue. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and very nice to work with. In addition to fixing the drain problem very efficiently, he also went above and beyond to explain a lot of details, and other symptoms to watch out for in the future. The telephone calls back to the office had good experience as well; everyone was very responsive and courteous. The best sewer/drain service experience I've had.

Be very very careful about the job that you are engaging with them. If you don't know some fundamental of your plumbing issues, then you are running a very high risk of having a technician doesn't have adequate knowledge and training. Other than the owner Mark who is very experience and knowledgeable, the rest of crew's professional knowledge and judgment varies in huge degree. You have to bear your own costs of their efficiency and incorrect judgement. As an owner of an old house and three other old rental properties, I engaged them on and off in the past 7 years. For an easy snake job, it is fine to engage them. You have to be very careful when your plumbing issue turns into a bigger project such as sewer pipe rebuild. I learned my lesson the hard way when I was out of the town and cannot present at the job spot. I have to pay a big price for the crew's inefficiency. I know they don't have to do any technical training program or quality control as there are thousands of old houses in the Bay Area which can keep them very busy in billings without maintaining or protecting their professional reputation. Well, you get what you pay for.

Called them this morning after a neighbor recommended them and they were out in an hour and a half, in the promised time window and they asked all the right questions.

Tim did an amazing job and was very professional. Work area was left clean and our house plumbing is working again!

While they were terrific when I had them snake out my kitchen drain awhile back, such was not the case when I had ""$15"" fix my bathroom sink.

The task was to stop the leak beneath the sink, and replace the horizontal rod in the drain pop-up assembly. I was initially quoted a price of $88.00.
OK, things are discovered, and circumstances change - I get that.
As it turned out, I was told I would also need a new faucet and that the horizontal rod I purchased myself from Lowe's would not work, so I would need the entire mechanism. In the end, I wound up paying $425.00 for the job. Going from 88 bucks to almost half a grand to fix a darn leaky sink seems a *bit* exorbitant to me.
I looked up the faucet price and it was $47 (I was told over the phone by the scheduler that bathroom faucets usually cost around $300!). The pop-up drain was about $40. OK, that's around $100. Throw in misc. hoses and a PVC pipe, let's call it $150, tops. So close to $300 for labor?! He was not here very long at all.

I have never given a review as low as two stars before. I love to give great reviews, because that means everybody won. The thing is, I just can't feel good about the way this whole thing turned out. :-(
