Bait and switch. their basic service call for a clogged drain = $175! I asked them what about the $15 deal she said that was set up in the 80's lol! Well change the name of the business!
at least they told me up front on the call instead of when they got here

Not all hero's wear capes. Today, my hallway bathroom and master bathroom was backup and JAMES was super hard working and professional. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also checked on my water heater too! Thank you! He's been doing this for 15+ years now and he did a great job! If I would have a personal plumber JAMES is your guy, 10/10 recommend. Plus, he showed up within an hour!

Called them at 8am in the morning and they came in at 8:45. The price is really good compared to others. Benny is so experienced, removed my toilet, snaked it and put it back within 40 minutes. Super fast and all problem resolved! Definitely recommend!

Had a toilet clogging, called several plumbers from Yelp this morning, found $15 Sewer Drain Service has the best price. The receptionist was super nice and helpful (forgot to ask her name), scheduled the technician to come within 2 hours, cleared the clogging, and the service fee was $115 as quoted. It was an excellent service experience after the miserable toilet clogging experience! Highly recommended.

Best service ever!! I'm so pleased. I called and a very polite and friendly plumber named Charles came within 20 minutes, keep in mind that I called at 9pm! The job was completed within 15 minutes. I called this company to replace a sink that had been damaged. Nothing wrong with the plumbing of the sink, but it had a crack in the bowl and we wanted a new one. The quote was $220 for the replacement of the sink and I was okay with that price. The guy gets here tells me I need to replace the faucet as well. I thought the price of a new faucet should be no more than 100 because its just a pedestal sink replacement. I get the bill at the end and it is more than $700. The guy just said he had to get the sink at 'the supply warehouse' and it was going to be a premium charge. Also charged for two other parts that he said I needed, but I had no plumbing problems with the sink beforehand. Never going to call this scam company again

Got a quote, not cheap; guy comes in and tells it will be double the original quote plus no warranty on the repair.
I refused, he left his tools in the backyard and didn't even recognize it until I call the office.
