i had a sewer back up issue this morning at home. showers backing up, toilets backing up. i called another plumbing company that came out, couldnt snake out the line from the clean out in front of house, and had an expert show up and tell me i needed $3900 worth of work to fix issue. i booted that company, called $15 dollar sewer and drain, and within 30 minutes, Mike shows up. Mike has the sewer line snaked out in $15 minutes. Showers working, toilets flushing. I will NEVER call another company again for plumbing issues. These guys are outstanding !!!

Our house drain was clogged due to front-yard tree roots. I called $15 Dollar Sewer and Drain in the morning. They said they would send out someone between 1 and 3 pm in the afternoon. The technician Brian Cruz showed up at 1 pm. Friendly, fast. And after unclogging our drain, he automatically and without asking cleaned up the debris from our overflowed cleanout drain access valve. Not a pleasant experience for him I'm sure but he did it because I could tell he's a professional and customer service is important to him. Most of the drain technicians we've had in the past didn't do that.

Course its not a $15 charge any longer. 'Been having these guys come out to my place over the years. Always the same competent and knowledgeable employees. Even the office staff is courteous.
Don't get fooled by those $77 coupons in the Value Pack. These guys know what they're doing. They make a difficult one look easy, which is what you want.

Management is very rude, disrespectful, and dishonest. I will never use this company! I do not recommend this company. Call another company that is more professional and actually cares about people.

I cane back from visiting family in Seattle and noticed the kitchen sink is clogged again. Being the bottom floor, I had it a couple times before. Last time I called Rescue Rooter and was charged $300. My friend told me she uses $15 Sewer Drain. I called them the next morning, Benny came in less than 2 hours. He spent 1 hour snaking it. I was charged $136 for 1 hour labor and parts they have to replace. I will call Benny next time,
