$15 Dollar Sewer and Drain

My shower was clogged and I tried everything to fix it myself and nothing worked. I called 15 Dollar Sewer and Drain and they came out and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Fantastic and the price was great too! Thank you Benny for being so awesome!

This should be 4.5 stars because they arrived 2 hours past the appointment window, then again when I made the appointment the night before it wasn't an emergency yet.
By the time they showed up at 5pm on Saturday (at least they still showed up) it was a full fledged sewer emergency: completely blocked and overflowing into the house.
So that meant snaking at $88, which I think is a reasonable price. That took a while (75ft) but certainly solved the problem.
The camera did not show any problems in the first 45ft, which is as far as it could go.
On Monday Jason (right on time) came back to install a clean out. With that in place the camera showed the real problem: roots in the city maintained part of the pipe.

Throughout the ordeal Jason, clearly explained all the options with clear pricing. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He also was careful to make sure not to cause any damage to our bathroom (on top of the water damage).

I certainly will use then again if the need arrives.

Sewer line was clogged. We called and Tony Ramos showed up within 45 min. Tony was friendly and explained what happened, fixed the issue and cleaned up the place less than an hr. Highly recommend!!

This company is very unprofessional and rude!!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Please do not use this company!!!!! They came to give me a quote and actually made my shower worse then it was before they looked at it!!!!!! I tried to call and explain what had happened to see if the guy could come back to check it real quick, but i was basically told NO!!!! Unless i paid for it to be fixed! I understand that work needed to be done but come on your guy made it worse then it was before he came!!!!!! I hung up on the guy cause he was being rude. Then about 15 minutes later a guy called me and asked what the problem was, i tried to explain to him and he was cutting me off being very rude so i calmly asked him whats up with the attitude? And he then says to me why are you being an A-hole! Really your gonna call me that when your guy comes and makes the problem worse!!!!! Come on now at least have some respect!!!!! This business is rude and the owners dont care about their customers!!!! They are greedy and do not know what they are doing!!!!

Love working with this company. I work at a property management company, so having a reliable plumber is very important to us. The girls at the front desk are always easy to talk to. We typically work with one of their plumber's named Fidel. He's always honest about the problem and won't try to sell you things you don't need. Overall the company is very honest and has great prices. I can call them in an emergency and have someone out within the hour. Love their service.

I had a sewer line that was clogged - tried to fix it myself, but this was outside the scope of my home version snake.

I checked online and saw several plumbers and sewer companies - obviously checked Yelp too. I always see $15 Sewer and Drain in the neighborhood, so gave them a call.

They picked up the phone right away, scheduled the serve and was at my door in less than 1 hour. Sergio Barrientos was polite and knowledgeable and had the drain fixed in no time. He also showed me what the problem was and gave me advice if it happened again. $88 bucks. Seriously? What a deal.

HIGHLY recommend this company and especially Sergio.

Terrible customer service!!! They worked on clearing roots from our storm drains but wouldn't take any responsibility to a leak that occurred on their clock. They sent a worker out to assess the leak, well past opening hours of any hardware store, Because the joint was determined to be weak, they dismissed any involvement, including the possibility of one of their workers or equipment bumping into the spigot/hose attachment, which they were using to clean the drains. We were told the repair would cost $375, a price any desperate homeowner will be willing to pay to get their water running again. Would NEVER use this business again!!!

fast,affordable,reliable and honest people...fixed my backed up washer/ kitchen sink in couple of minutes by removing lint ..all it costed was just mere $83.00.

My Main Sewer Line was clogged and all other plumbers in the area charged $200.00 plus. I called $15 Dollar Sewer and drain and made an appointment with them. They arrived next day at 8:00 AM as they said they would and total was $83.00. They were punctual and professional and stayed within the price. VERY HAPPY with their service and will use them again if I have any issues.
