Eddie is a very experienced plumber who runs his own business. He is actually an honest guy. Better In my experience than calling the big plumbing companies - they are always harder to schedule with, more expensive, and often send less experienced guys out to the job. Eddie is based here in Sunnyvale which is another advantage for me.

Eddie is seriously the best. He deserves all the praise he gets on Yelp.

Before finding Eddie on Yelp this morning, my husband and I tried everything to fix a clogged drain in our kitchen sink ourselves, including removing the P-trap (and found nothing), snaking the pipes, and even, drano. I finally had enough and yelped for help.

Eddie arrived within 15 minutes of my call and well, he fixed the problem in 30 minutes. I don't like to overuse the phrase ""miracle worker"" but after 2 weeks of living without a kitchen sink that didn't want to get fixed, that's how I choose to describe him.

He is an excellent plumber, so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After he explained the issue to me, he proceeded to unclog the drain from the cleanout in the backyard! He cleaned up the debris in the backyard that came out of the pipes, and even took great care to protect our plants and pavers! He truly exceeded my expectations.

Call him when you need a plumber. I wish I did 2 weeks ago!

Eddie truly lives up to the name of the company. He was honest and transparent about the work he would need to do and the cost. This was the first time I called a Plumber, and I was super worried I'd be overcharged bc of all the stories I hear, so I let him know right away that I wasn't trying to pay an arm and leg; however, when I met him, I could see he was a good guy and wasn't the type of guy to overcharge, and he didn't (haha whew) which was relieving!
When I called him, I gave him a description of my situation and he gave me a quote over the phone and was very clear about my options and the pricing and let me know there would be no hidden fees etc. He is obviously very experienced because he knew exactly what I was talking about and provided a solution and quote over the phone. He also voluntarily provided quotes from other companies to let me know that he wasn't charging me some arbitrary amount which was nice.
He was very kind, professional, honest, transparent, funny, and just a joy to be around. He even voluntarily fixed my sink afterwards for no additional cost! He came the same day I called and arrived at the time he agreed to be at my home, which was nice because my problem was resolved right away so I had the rest of my Saturday to enjoy. I respect his honesty, punctuality, and professionalism. I also like that the company provides a receipt and a 30day warranty on the services. I will definitely not hesitate to call Eddie again! Not sure how many employees this company has, but I vouch for Eddie for sure! Thanks Eddie!

Eddie fixed our kitchen faucet and food disposal unit. He was on time, friendly, and knew what he was doing. The job was difficult with corroded pipes and joints, but he still managed to finish it pretty quickly.
