We had a bathroom disaster early Saturday morning, and we needed someone to come out quickly to deal with a clogged drain. We had a reply to a request to quote within 10 minutes, and he was looking at our drains within the hour. After a thorough clean out and cutting out roots from the main line sewer, we were back in business. Would definitely recommend.

Ed is seriously too nice! He wasn't able to come out with a booked schedule, but he said to give him a call if I had any questions. I did, and we discussed my issue and he gave me some great advice. He said if I didn't find someone by Monday, he would have time then, but he understood I might want to clear up our plumbing issue sooner.

I called him back for follow up advice.. really grateful for his time. I would not hesitate to call Ed in the future. His price quoted was fair, and he really deserves the title ""the honest plumber""

Eddie just finished the work of clearing roots from my main sewer pipe after my toilet stopped draining. Huge roots! Will probably need much larger work of replacing the pipe; not the first time I have such problem, and definitely not the last if I don't do anything. Eddie was very responsive late in the evening and early in the morning, came on-time, explained the problem, had the job done. I very much recommend him!

We had a Friday plumbing emergency and called the owner Eddie. He came out immediately and scoped our sewer system. Eddie and his crew replaced two clear outs, the decaying Orangeburg pipe with a trenchless method and determined that the city had to clear up a blockage in the main line. Eddie and crew were great. Eddie explained what was happening during the whole process. They worked around our schedule so we were never down overnight and he was done by Sunday afternoon with everything cleaned up. He also gave us a reasonable price. I highly recommend Eddie and #1 Honest Plumber.

I contacted Eddie with several plumbing needs - one which required some research. He had me send photos which helped determine what could be done. He worked with me on timing and came and did an evaluation and estimate on a Saturday. The work was done very well, timely and reasonably. He went out of his way to get me a water main key and showed me out to turn of the water in various places. I will definitely hire him in the future for my plumbing needs.

Ed saved us when our water heater broke. On Thursday we realized that hot water was not coming, and we couldn't take a shower. First we called our home insurance company, who said that they can only send someone to check out the problem on Monday!!! So we started calling plumbers that we found on Yelp, and most replied that they could come on Friday or Saturday. Ed was very prompt not only to respond to our call, but also he came the same Thursday afternoon, looked at the problem and gave us options - from cheapest (to replace one part which would mean fixing would be done on Saturday because we had to order that part from a store with overnight shipping), to the most expensive, which is replacing the whole water heater, in which case he would pick it up from the store and come on Friday at 8am. We chose replacing the whole water heater, since ours was 13 years old and needed a replacement. Ed and his assistant came on Friday at 8am, and got to work. They worked until 2pm. They did a great and honest job! We could tske a shower and bathe our kid on Friday evening! On Saturday our relatives who have a small child arrived to stay with us for a week, and we are immensely grateful to Ed that there is hot water when so many big and small people are in the house! Thank you, Ed!

Great service with an honest price! I never had to call out a plumber before so I didn't know what to expect. I called and spoke to Eddie about the problem we're experiencing with our clogged drain in our shower tub. He was very personable over the phone so I booked an appointment for that Saturday morning (of the same week). He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He probably removed about 10 years worth of gunk and hair from our drain. It's now back to good as new :) Before he left he gave me some feedback on the type of drain plug our tub had. The plug was old, unnecessary and just made the water drain slower. I went to Home Depot and got another one he had mentioned and I could be happier with the difference.
